- The head of the Danish Medicines Agency, Tanja Erichsen, fainted during a press conference on live TV over the country’s decision to stop using the AstraZeneca vaccine.
The agency later announced that she was taken to the hospital as a precaution and has since recovered.

@@tlalicetears649 You don't. First of all you don't know the reason why they fainted. First thing you should do is check ABC. A-airways, B-breathing, C-circulation. Put them on their back, tilt their head a bit, for the next 10 seconds put your ear next to ther mouth and count how many breaths person took. Correct number is between 2-5. If breathing is not correct proceed with CPR, if it is correct you can either put them on their side(for easier breathing and keeping airways more open) or just keep their head tilted and then someone can lift their legs. Lifting legs should not be first action.

You really don't know how the body works if you think that it takes hours. When I was a kid, I was at a school fare, running around having fun, went to stand in line to wait for a Ferris wheel and stood there with my knees locked as kids do. And passed out in less then 5 minutes.

She probably locked her knees. In JROTC we constantly had kids fall during inspection the first few weeks due to locking their knees. When standing at attention you need to have your knees slightly bent and to constantly wiggle your toes. Helps with blood flow
