    સાહેબ તમારી વાત ૧૦૧ ટકા સાચી છે... કારણ કે સ્પીડ માં ચાલવું અને દોડવું એ મારી ખુબ જ વહાલી કસરત છે..અને મને આનાથી અસંખ્ય ફાયદાઓ થયા છે...
