@@SW-MOTECH can I make a plea for it to be as narrow as possible - the one I have for my 2019 model sits well wide of the exhaust and makes the whole set up too wide - 3-5 cm's could easily be lost on both sides
Thank you for your feedback. The carrier is already in production. Unfortunately, we have regulations and requirements that are relevant to the test, under which we have to develop, and of course we always try to develop as close as possible to the motorbike. In the end, it is the motorbike (exhaust/ heat / lean angle) in combination with the panniers that determines the position of the carrier. But again we have tried to get as close as possible to the motorbike. If you like, give us your feedback as soon as you have your carrier. 😊 //LK
Hi SW-Motech, I am interested in buying both the engine guard and the crash bars for my 1290 Super Adventure R (MY 2022 - the "offroad oriented" version). On your website I am only able to find the crash bars. The engine guard can't be found anymore. Even the link you provided in other comments is not working. Why is that? Thank you
@@SW-MOTECH so wider than a GS, such a shame that some width could not be saved. I know from my last SW kitted KTM that at least 5cm each side could be lost with closer fitting pannier racks.
