The CGEM DX has larger bearings due to the larger diameters of the RightAsc and DEC axis. In this respect obviously the gears are not the same as these need slightly stronger motors.Other finish of the mount are the same and there's a bigger tripod of course! it is posible to move this mount without electricity, i mean manually, i can operate an electronical mount, my problem is the sound, thanks

From back here, that looks like the 2500mA AC adaptor, and the CGEM DX should take the 5000mA AC adaptor. FYI. Does your mount keep up properly?
What is the viewing like through this telescope? (planetary and DSO)
