    I feel terrible for everyone who came across that bathroom. I know some are holding regret wondering if things would’ve been different if the checked the trash right away. SMH if she truly didn’t know. She could’ve called for help multiple times . Hopefully the nurses and doctors that constantly check on her will help in trial

      She knew because she kept using pads for period that her mama kept buying for her - she would discard them cuz there wasn’t a period! Period .

      @@OnyxMoon1 I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt, like maybe she had heavy spotting all through or maybe she's so fit you couldn't really tell etc (there's some fitness ladies that get pregnant and still have abs..shits insane).
      The fact that she came into the hospital wearing extremely baggy clothing, wouldn't let them touch her, would adjust away from them when asked to lay down etc leads me to fully believe that she knew exactly what was going on and had for a very long time.
      Text messages, phone calls and computer searches will come out eventually and I really think that's when you'll see that she fully knew for a while.

    I can't wait for the trial! All these hospital employees/
    professionals will be the ones to testify in any court proceedings!!
    I feel the boyfriend should be charged "after the fact". The little baby, suffocated wirh the plastic bag stuffed against his face &:air wayside must have been traumatic to everyone except to obviously Alexee!! She handled the baby and actually killed him & cuts the umbilical cord!

    • @josephinelindadelatorre149
      @josephinelindadelatorre149 ปีที่แล้ว

      No matter what happens in her trial, CPS (Child Protective Services) should be informed and make sure if/when she ever
      in life delivers another baby, it should be immediately removed & never be allowed in her care!!

    Interesting, the nurse is confirming that they never informed the girl that she was pregnant prior to her going to the restroom. I wonder if pure negligence and her not knowing will stand up in court? To me though its gonna depend on cause of death, his autopsy showed he had air in his lungs which isn't good for the defense if they can prove she suffocated him she's going to jail.

    • @christinateresabrown
      @christinateresabrown ปีที่แล้ว +8

      That is huge that they didn’t tell her about the positive test prior to the bathroom, the other hospital staff in the other interviews were making it seem like that happened before, also he said they gave her pain medication, this will all be used in her defense.

    • @kaylawheeler5456
      @kaylawheeler5456 ปีที่แล้ว

      @christinateresabrown yeah I noticed also they gave her multiple drugs without having her blood work back to see if she was pregnant or had any other medical issue shown from the blood test. To me that's straight up negligence on the hospital's part. Also one of the drugs I think was zyanax....I bet her defense comes back the hospital made her high on drugs so she wasn't in the right state of mind therefore she can't be held responsible for the death

      @@christinateresabrown the pain medication is interesting bc I remember the charge nurse said that for back pain in females they immediately had to take a uti test and pregnancy test to make sure they didn’t give her something that could harm a possible pregnancy.

      @@moonchild_luv3854 I’m not sure is he’s remembering everything correctly, I noticed a few of his statements were off, he claimed that he said a lot of things to the girl that actually the Doctor said in the body am videos. But if you look at the dates of the videos these interviews were 3 months after the incident, so it would be hard to remember it all correctly.

      @@christinateresabrown yes I didn’t notice after one of the interviews that they mentioned that this was an interview way after the crime was committed. But yeah he didn’t remember completely but I’m surprised some of them paint the picture so vividly which shows how traumatic it was.

      He didn’t say he put the baby on the table. He said he was there when HT got called. it was HT, the Dr., and this nurse. He’s using “we” a lot. But he specifically said by the time he saw the baby the bag had already been ripped open.

    • @wotiluv
      @wotiluv ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Absolutely none. They made the call that he was dead. It seems also from the interviewed that they didn’t want to disrupt the criminal evidence. They seemed really suspicious of her and I think had a hunch she killed him. As med professionals they knew that giving air to the baby meant they wouldn’t be able to prove he was born alive.

      @@kanaka- tbh I’m guessing she yanked it out of the baby. None of the staff explain how the chord looked on the baby I imagine this might come out in the trial to further show her barbarism and neglect for the infant.

    • @Katie-ui6eb
      @Katie-ui6eb ปีที่แล้ว +12

      An interview from the doctor said she refused physical examination which is her right and she wore a baggy shirt and pants. She also told them she was a virgin and on her period which may have made them lean towards it being musculoskeletal pain. I’m sure being in labor was the last thing anyone would think

    • @ivetteaquino2505
      @ivetteaquino2505 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Katie-ui6eb exactly.. also, in the lobby mom told the officer about the daughter having ongoing hip pain/problems from early childhood. You seem to be repeatedly commenting on the hospital actions. When overall, it doesn’t matter. If she’d have gone into labor at home, and put the baby in a trash bag, the action is the same. Someone who doesn’t or wouldn’t do that to a baby simply wouldn’t do it.

  • @boughtbythecross

      She was flushing the toilet a lot he said or someone said. So she may have been flushing them after using them to clean up. How did she think anyone would believe that she was having her period and that was why there was blood all over. Some women have heavy periods but not enough to get on walls and floor. How stupid did she think people were. That just shows you she couldn’t tell the truth to save her life!
