Just finished watching it. It’s good if you’re a fan of cliche feel movies. And at these times, we need these warm, light comedy romance films just to take our minds off problems and the stress of dealing with this pandemic. And im gllaaaaaad Mena is getting projects again,

I've watched it and Mena is a such a handsome prince.. and he's a great actor. He has these amazing eyes and facial expression that are so underrated. Also, so far, Laura has chemistry with all his male leads.
This is obviously predictable and cheesy, but hey, it’s Mena Massoud who finally landed a decent acting role after so long. I might watch it just for him. Here’s hoping he’ll get into better projects and avoid being typecasted. 🤞🏻☺️

I feel so much pride for Mena being a Canadian!!! I like his curly hair and his smile! I kind of want to see him as a villain or bad boy cause he might pull that role really well! Laura was so so great and she’s so adorable in all her movies!! Been a fan of her and her sister for a long time!! This is a movie that u watch with no high expectations but to forget about ur worries and see this fantasy story and a feel good film!

@@salimd7842 I’m sorry I’m lost. When did I say any of that? My point is that white people get the parts primarily because they are the majority. If a role doesn’t specificy a specific ethnicity or culture there is no reason why someone not white cannot play the part. That being said, it’s just nice to see diversity. I never said or insinuated that people of color should take European roles. My point of view is that if the ethnicity is not important to the plot or character then why not allow someone of color to play it as opposed to a white person. And this happens many times. A character is white and that is irrelevant, the only reason I know is because the actor is white. Like if a movie like The Hate You Give gave the white characters actors that aren’t white that is when I would agree. It was essential to understand they are white per the story.

At first I thought that this character that Mina plays is Prince Naveen or a prince from the Middle East. But when I heard the name of a British prince I was like "WTF".

There are people who are primarily only British and have darker skin tones. If the team in charge of the movie felt like Mena made a good gift then clearly his being British in the story is not important to the plot. You’re also acting like he has an Arab accent and not an American accent. If you had a European actor do it they would also have a European accent. But the issue for you is he isn’t white? It’s up to casting to decide who can and cannot play the role and clearly Mena can. If someone fits a role and the big breaker for you is they aren’t European then I am concerned.

I just watched the movie and I loved it, I don't even know why some people are saying that this prince isn't handsome enough, he is so hot and his smile is amazing. The chemistry of the starrings is absolutely wonderful, that kiss in the end is so passionate that almost made me wanna be in love with someone, I think I should stop watching that kind of movies for my own happiness.

It's an amazingly peaceful simply romantic movie. I saw such pure romantic movie after a looong time. Mena Massoud has always been one of my favorites. And Laura! oh my God! I fell in love with Izzy. The waiting for this movie was worth it ! You all should watch it

Amazing. So much of this film is shot primarily in Dunedin, New Zealand and they decided to shot on location at Larnach's Castle on the ridge of the Otago Peninisula. Can't wait for this film to come out next year.

I just watched it and I liked it. The only thing that was annoying was the Italian accent she was made to do. Sometimes it was there and sometimes it wasn’t. She should have just talked like she normally does. Some parts were really corny but it seems like that’s what they were trying to push. I’d watch it again
