  • In this segment we get all the edges nicely finished off and start drilling the tub to fit the Britpart bars.

    Great to watch, with lots of tips. Noticed my bulk head rotting round the door lock brace - might need a aluminium patch from the back in the wheel arch, but have some 1mm rubber sheet that I use to electrically isolate any steel aluminium contact for the bolt stud plate. Was looking at your bulkhead condition in the same area with envy !

      She can sit in the rain James, but I try to avoid driving her on wet roads. I don’t leave her out when windy.

    Can you just make a shim plate to fit in the gap on the wheel tub? Would be a shame to distort the aluminum plate after all the work you did to make it look so clean. Ain’t fab work fun 😡?!

      Wait till you see part 4…. Let’s just say I’ve had the cutters grinders and welder out, and I can’t weld Aluminium🤓🤓
