    Great video! Just had my 2014 Honda Accord 2.4L axles replaced by dealer on recall. I love to watch the videos on the repair as a DIY'er. Will be doing my front brakes this weekend.

    Great video, and can I have a question, is jackshaft different from axle? Is it more difficult to replace jackshaft seal than axle seal? Thank you, 🙏

    I replaced both knuckles. It is easy on the lift but able to hit it hard enough 100 times to separate the ball joint. What happens to torque wrench? Turn the shaft is the trick to get the axle clip to the right position for it to snap out.

    • @taingTv
      @taingTv  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Just need to hit the right angle but if the ball joints have play its hard to get that ball joints loose only if u have a helper that pry and put pressure on the knuckles then would be easier for you i dont think they have torque those just either gun that nuts on or hand tight

    Did you have to top up the gearbox fluid? And would spraying wd40 on the axle joint to intermediate shaft side help with the detachment. Might not have as much space as you to work under car. Is it just because the splines have a little rust on them or is something else making it stubborn to remove

    • @taingTv
      @taingTv  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The transmission fluid yes top it off when u remove the driver side axle the fluid will come out u must top it off yes

    How can you tell when the axles need replacing?

    • @taingTv
      @taingTv  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      If the axle boots torn or u can see the corrotions or crack in the middle of the rubbers but after market axles they dont have the rubber race in the middle of the axle , if u feel a vibration when u accelerating on higher speed , or they make noise when turning , sharp turn either left or right or even in reverse

    Nice video but i have a couple of issues. You should use a ball joint seperator instrad of wacking the arm with a hammer, didnt tourque the axle nuts and didnt replace the c clip on the intermediate shaft and i would almost bet you didnt torque the wheels though you didnt install them on video. Typical Dealer job.

    Có phải là U joint của front axle bị hư ? Hay là Transmission có vấn đề ???
