Great Job Andrew. Looks like you received a lot more snow on that one than we did. The tractor does very well with that steep section. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Andrew, yes we got a good dump. I was surprised it made it up the hill blowing that time, loving this setup over my old lawn tractor snowblower setup… For some reason it showed my not subscribed to your channel 🤷, I re-subscribed :)
@@ticklemeorange8328 i sold mine because we just dont get enough snow any more .lt work well the few times i used it .The most of our snow turns to rain which makes the cab nice .
The wind was pretty bad, and the BX handled it very well, I also got up that grade no problem this time without additional weights. Have a great night Luc.
Effortless...That toy of yours will keep getting better and better.....the sound was funny in a higher speed....I have blown many rocks, logs, dog toys...lol...good thing for shear pins...I'm going to predict that there may be a remote chute tilt activator in the future....good god man...you had to leave the cab!...haha...Take care!
Thanks Bullrush, haha I think I have to lower the volume on the higher speeds, I did break a shear pin but a quick repair... and you are right, I'm going to put my own hydraulic chute tilt on... Yes I did leave the cab, I was scared at first (its a crazy world out there) but pulled myself together and did it hahah.
I was using a Craftsman Lawn Tractor with a snowblower in the past, and the grade was just too much for it even with chains, The BX is night and day. I sold the snowblower and just use it for mowing and light towing.
Looks like a lot of fun except for the wind. I see you cut back along the road. I do too. Deny the snowplow from filling in the driveway a few days later. Great vid, enjoyed it very much
I forgot to mention for the main reasons for the 4 tyres chains, that I had many deep freezing rains condition when I was living in Shefford, Qc 👌👍😉 Very well done Sir Cheers 👍👌😉🍻
Hi, I don't know why I haven't seen this one but that steep slope is tough. I wonder if the driveway is dirt and if you could make it less of an incline? That could be some fun tractor time. 👍
Hey Tekker, it is dirt but very rocky... actually the whole area I live in is rocky, lots of hilly terrain. This is the main reason I needed a 4x4 tractor for snow removal, glad I got the BX with backhoe, it comes in soooo handy.
I just purchased a BX23S like yours. A couple of questions, would purchase the Original Cab if you had to do it all over again? And do you run chains on your BX, if so, where did you purchase them?
Hi Scott, congrats on the new BX23s they are great machines... I would purchase the Original Cab again, it makes snow clearing much more comfortable, Its good for the bugs in the spring/summer too and the hard cabs are crazy expensive. I have not used chains yet and not sure I will, I have a steep grade on my driveway but if I lift the blower a bit it will make it up no problem.
no clue as to what you are doing. sell it. turning the chute against the wind. moving the chute to blow snow back at you coming back down the driveway. people need to learn how to use these things.
Actually I should have explained that... The reason I do that is due to my lawn on the other side, otherwise I would blow with the wind, and the wind was blowing in multiple directions that day as well.

Just stopped by to check out your channel .Your blower works great
Thanks for stopping by, So you are in NS... I grew up in NB :)... I find Kubota has some really well built snowblowers.

A chute deflector will make a huge difference for you in the wind. Especially around structures. Great video
Hi Jan, Thanks. I do plan on putting one on… hopefully for next winter.
Yep you also got a good amount of snow and wind 😳👍🏻, nothing our BX can’t handle 👍🏻. Have a great week Andrew 🙂🙋🏼♂️👍🏻

Hahaha, I love the view from your heated cab...mine is a face full of snow 🤣
Hi Jack, yes loved the cab even more that day, the wind was brutal.

Nothing like a snowblower to move a lot of snow quick huge grade your working on 👍👍 i don’t run chains on my tractor either 🧐

Cool video, Andrew! You guys are going to have that snow for a while yet, it looks like. Thanks for sharing, :)
Hi Dave, It has been a fair amount of snow... but its been getting warmer and some rain, but i'm sure we are in for another one.
Looks like a lot of fun except for the wind. I see you cut back along the road. I do too. Deny the snowplow from filling in the driveway a few days later. Great vid, enjoyed it very much
Hey Kevin, thank... The wind was pretty bad, and I always try to get the mailbox area done before the snow plow makes another pass, so far so good.
Another good job done. When is the next storm coming? Send some to Wisconsin. What little we got this year is almost melted.
Thanks Charles, hopefully that was the last big one, but we always get more before spring :/ ... Sounds like you guys got it easy this winter.
Nice job. Don’t you love how far back the chute turns. Can almost blow snow backwards.
Thanks Gary, yes the chute angle is great in those tight spots.

We did have some freezing rain as well... I think I had an inch if ice from top to bottom but was able to make it up.

@@ticklemeorange8328 I know I like having the backhoe, the salesman tried to talk me out of it, but it has been handy to have.
