      Hi Daniel, get the buddy for golf carts, the other one shuts off if bumped… I keep it turned to the front position and careful not to touch… I will be plumbing heat in at some point to replace the buddy.

      Hi, my plan was to remove mine in the summer as well, but I ended up leaving it on due to the mosquito and blackfly seasons… it also keeps the sun off of you… I do remove the back to access the backhoe, and it’s left off for the summer.

    For drainage you normally use BNQ 4 inch rigid pipe. That flexible drain pipe is normally used in agriculture Applications. If you have any dips water will not evacuate and freeze in the winter. 👍☺️

      Hi Alex, thanks for subscribing... I am on the Ottawa/Gatineau border, I love the BX. I am on a big rolling hill with really tight spots, so the BX size and the backhoe is definitely needed, I can't use the bucket to dig around the house because of the slopes... I don't think I could ever go without a backhoe now.

    That cab is awesome! I was going to ask if you were able to capture any heat from the engine, but I see where you wrapped under the dash. Does it take a while to warm the engine compartment up where you are at? Seems like it would be cumbersome wrapping around the levers and pedals. Looking forward to seeing you get everything squared away. Happy to have come across your channel, and happy to subscribe! - Samuel

    • @ticklemeorange8328
      @ticklemeorange8328 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Samuel, thanks for stopping by. Most of the newer tractors have the radiator at the back of the engine and the air is sucked out... Right now I use a Little Buddy golf cart heater that sits in the cup holder, and it heats up the cab pretty quick (2min) or so and I can move snow in a sweat shirt at -20 Celsius -4 Fahrenheit... I will be plumbing in a heater at some point, and it won't get in the way of the peddles of levers. Thank you very much for subscribing :) Edit: I just checked your channel, I want your excavator lol.

    That was a good use of the box blade to pull away snow from the front of your building and scrape down any hard pack from the front of your garage structure. I've seen others with compact tractors use a rear scraper blade for that purpose as it can be angled to create a windrow.

      Well Daniel... Actually I was worried when I started, I thought "what if this doesn't work out", but it worked better than expected, and really didn't take much time for the area I worked on, It went so well my daughter wants me to do her lawn.
