    Steps to add an Amazon Lex bot to Amazon Connect.
    With Amazon Lex, you can build conversational interactions (bots) that feel natural to your customers. Amazon Connect with Amazon Lex bots can also capture customer input as digits that customers enter on their numeric keypad when used in an Amazon Connect contact flow. This way customers can choose how they want to enter sensitive information such as account numbers.

    Brother is there any way that I can set interactive message instead of plain-text while chat initiate and without calling API(custom chat)?

      For AWS connect chat, the initial/welcome message cannot be interactive. The getCustomerInput triggered only with user input to display interactive messages via lex

      @@rajivcoomaryes but not like that. I need to display interactive message as first message of BOT not like when user send something and then display interactive message. Are you getting my point?

      ​@@rajivcoomar as you can see in your link user send 'Hello' message and then interactive message shows but I want that interactive message with any user message like when chat initialize. Are you getting my point?
