  • Chapter 3. Create Contact Flow & Play Prompts | Amazon Connect Tutorial | Read The Manual
    The starting point for creating all contact flows is the contact flow designer. It's a drag-and-drop work surface that enables you to link together blocks of actions.
    Prompts are audio files played in call flows. For example, hold music is a prompt. Amazon Connect comes with a set of prompts that you can add to your contact flows. Or, you can add your own recordings.

      Hi Bhargav, Once an intent of lex is triggered, the response given in the lex will be play out in aws connect.

      @@rajivcoomar Thanks for the valuable reply! yeh understood but is there any extra configuration other than lex bot selection in entity level as well as instance level
