Thanks for this video & demo. A doubt about using the same bot with both DTMF and Voice. The voice part is I know, but how can I map the DTMF value to a specific custom slot values?
So in GetCustomerInput either you can enable DTMF or Lex. As you have collected DTMF, you can't call LEX. Why do you want to trigger the Lex slot? Is it for validation? If Yes, then pass the DTMF value stored in variable to lambda for regex validation.
@@rajivcoomar The scenario is, let the callers select their language using either voice or DTMF. So the message will be "For English, Say English or press 1". I did some research and found a way to achieve this.

@@marthasamuel In that case, keep end page empty for welcome event. Anything user type will be triggered from start page.

Hello Rajiv, I have some issue with my integration, I have everything in place with both side and Avaya (calling EP with VDN) just play the first audio from Default Welcome Intent (Text set in CX Agent says), then I say some phrase to trigger the next flow, but Avaya doesn't play this second and any other text from cx, even fallbacks text or another next question of the flow. What I have been missing?
@@IsmaelParedes-Dev You have to check in mpp logs what exactly is the issue. It may be an audio encoding issue, language, region parameters are not correct.

It is available, if you try to create new copilot in studio, select new action it show copilot for microsoft 365 and copilot for sales. If you select microsoft 365 option. You can develop it

There is limitation in current release: Responses will be limited to text. No media or adaptive cards will be supported. So you can't add conversational action with Adaptive Cards in M365 Copilot

@@rajivcoomar you've created custom copilot, not an extended M365 Copilot, its different things From Microsoft Copilot Documentation: In this release, there are some limitations: Your topic will not be able to interact (ask questions of) the user, and can only process the incoming query from the user (in the variable Activity.Text) and send a response. Responses will be limited to text. No media or adaptive cards will be supported. In this preview, Copilot Studio can't authenticate the user, so SharePoint and OneDrive sources for generative answers won't be functional. This release is limited to English language copilots. All users of Microsoft Copilot within your organization will be able to interact with the action, the action will not support authorizing the user itself. Copilot Studio integration with Microsoft Copilot is enabled by default. That means, plugins created in Copilot Studio will show up for users under "Copilot Studio" or "Power Automate" even if the tenant admins have not explicitly deployed the app for end users. This might change in future. Note that, as an admin, you can still block plugins from showing up for your users by blocking the app in Microsoft 365 Admin Center. As it's video call, the user unique id you have to generate. You can manually control it i.e email id.

Hi Sachin, For which location you are trying to purchase the number? Basically, if sms is not supported, then you have to purchase number for other region.
@@rajivcoomar On first go I tried it for South East Asia but later (after checking documentation) I tried it for US, Europe regions as well. Does this ACS have Azure subscription region dependencies? , I haven't found any documentation related to this topic hence pinged you.
@@sachinstl23 I remember this error, when you have created the account you might have given India location? So you can't purchase a number. You can buy a number if you give the address of the UK, USA etc at the time of registration

It's not possible unless you are using your own number (bring your own number). Then you can use sip header to pass attributes

Isn't your final output of Booking ID is hard coded ? You got the Booking ID as 1234. Shouldn't it be dynamic in nature and in series. For example, Lets say the 1st customer gets booking ID as 1000 and next 1001 and so on ? and How the booking ID will start next day ? with the same number only with the new date ?
Hi Rahul, It's just for demo purpose, don't have any backend system which will return Booking Id. This video is more about how to use lex slot for date and time.

Hi Eder, Yes call recording is available. Once you initiate a call you get call id, using call id you have to initiate call recording via api or sdk client
