  • The younger generation will bear the brunt of the effects of climate change, and it is up to them to continue their efforts to build a sustainable society. Some young people have already made it clear that they refuse to work for companies that contribute to the destruction of the environment. However, while companies are making a massive contribution to global warming through their products and their activities, they also have the power to mitigate it and to make a commitment in the common interest. The ecological transition is also bringing profound changes to the world of work. Our opening round table will therefore look at the desirable developments in the world of work, the demands of young people and the significance of genuine corporate social responsibility.
