Found this incredibly helpful! Any chance you could do this for the smaller 8-inch screen?

Not sure if any of our dealers have that in stock but the functionality will be the same.

Best video for new escape cluster and infotainment. Thanks. Would like to see also how the cluster displays Navi info while driving and/or if the info on the cluster also works with Navi from Apple or android

Thanks for the compliment! I can tell you that the info on the cluster does not work with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. Thanks for watching!

Alright well that’s pity :/ but still the factory Navi looks good. Planning to change the wife’s car and most looking to an escape st elite or whatever was the full extra version. Could do if the 2.5lt was with turbo and 250hp . Seems like it’s missing little power

Not sure if it’s due to a software update or us having a 2024 model, but it seems that navigation from Apple CarPlay (at least with Apple Maps) does show the turn-by-turn arrows in the instrument cluster / HUD.

I just purchased a 2024 Ford Escape Platinum and my system looks different from this one. I thought both the 2023 and 2024 Escapes utilized Sync4?

    • @TwoGuysandaRide

They both use sync 4. There is an 8 inch screen and then this larger 11 inch screen but otherwise there pretty much the same

How do you de-select an item from My View ? For example, I want to remove Audio from My View

Thanks for the question. If you watch the video , it’s one of the first things I cover

@@TwoGuysandaRide For some reason yesterday when I was pressing "ok" to de-select an item it wasn't working, but it's de-selecting now

@@sknell9493 good to hear. That happens once in a while, but typically if you keep trying it will work. Thanks for watching!

I dont like how the climate controls lag when they go up and down… Ford needs to fix that.

We just got a new 2024 Escape (June 2024) and the climate controls on it don’t lag nearly as much. Not sure if it’s due to better processors (past the chip shortage?) or if they’ve optimized it through software updates, but it’s noticeably smoother.
