Some friendly cows and rabbits. What a great trip yous guys had. The bikes did well especially as there are some really rough patches on that trail. Well done 😀👍
Cheers Mark for a fantastic video with Andy it look like it went well thanks for a fantastic adventure video with you and Andy cheers for the South downs walk video 👍👌👏😊
I put schwalbe tyres on my e-bike after getting three punchers in two weeks, not had a puncher in the two months since and have green slime in the tubes. Well worth the money
I have the crossfire, I love it done about 500 miles in 14 weeks some off road but most on road, had a few flints in my tires but changed the tyres all good since
Oh my, love the fat tire bike!! Not able to pedal as I used too, so the electric would be the way to go. Would really enjoy doing something like this...fantastic! Bruce and Otis
Hi there. I am looking at getting an Eleglide, either the M1+ or the M2. They seem to get good reviews although some say replacement parts may be an issue. Has your M1+ given you any cause for concern? Great video chief I watch the ones Andy does and that's how I came across your channel. Keep it up lads👍🏻
I’ve not had any issues with mine but saying that I don’t use it much but it did do this trip of over 100 miles with no issues and the South Downs way is a pretty rough surface to ride . They do have a website so parts should be available on there .
I'd just put marathon plus tours on the bike and not have to bother with punctures. Do you think the SDW could be done on a recumbent trike or do you need a bicycle?
Good to look back on, I'd do or again soon if it wasn't such a logistical nightmare
Walking it next time lol
I love it when Mark and Andy camp together 🤗

Great video, I've got Carrera crossfire and wouldn't go back to 'normal' bike. Did you have just the one battery and charge it each night
Yeah just the one battery unfortunately

I think the fat tires definitely had the advantage on this trail 👍
Enjoyed the vid , do you think it would be possible to do the trip with a two wheeled dog trailer ? Any info appreciated

I would imagine it would be very hard work on a trike
Thanks for the video, Gentlemen! I thoroughly enjoyed it! How did you guys charge the bikes while camping?
We charged up at the campsites we stayed at
@@mdmoutdooradventures Before wild camping, used campsites, had no idea they had charging facilities. Are you using sockets in the bathroom ?
