Iv built a list very similar but with “Hero’s Cape” for Kingdra EX, with 2 free baxcalibur and a Palkia V Star from a kings order turn 2 if your lucky it’s an extremely fun deck to play!!! I also added Squakabilly EX for if I get a good 1st hand to discard free, ready to come straight back out.

I like the list been, working on my own as well, love this card. Had me out buying real cards again to build a deck with it.
