Something I've learned about Luxray is that it's a lot more about comeback than you'd expect. And this comes from frustration of using it to eventual success with a different deck. It's almost fitting how this angry cat takes you to the dark side in frustration until you can put it right back at your opponents by making them brick mid game
This decklist makes me genuinely wonder HOW it won Like don't get me wrong it's impressive that it did but like... how?? It doesn't seem like a good deck at all
8:42i think you could ve boosted dmg here by 30 to get ko then tank miraidon hit and build up another luxuraycould ve been the correct play , also great vid , nice to see you attempt anti meta decks / control :)
I don't remember if you used to explain your decklists in depth but do you not do it because you noticed people clicked off the video during? I've been posting on a different channel and just trying to figure how to get better engagement. I don't know what is good engagement but I'm pretty sure mines not too good lol
Sean, it isn't you that's cursed. PTCGL has a horrendously garbage shuffling algorithm. In a deck I play, I run ~16 basics, depending upon the build. Using the typical probability math, the chance of me opening a mulligan turn 1 is less than 10%. Opening only 1 basic is less than 30%, and opening 2 basics (which is supposed to be the average) is around 33%. In 20 games, I mulliganned at least 25% of my games, and opening just one basic was around 45%+. PTCGL is absolutely FUCKED on the shuffling algorithm, no idea who the hell programmed it or what algorithm they used, but it's horrendous. Made me stop playing because I lost all faith in my main deck.
I swear you’re cherry picking these games. Lunatone solrock is such a rare and niche deck to play against. You must be only showing the games where you get good matchups for the deck you are playing.
Risks for showing this... I'm very interested in Luxray but... seems so not good enough. That deck looks terrible... I don't see how that wind anything.
Sorry but this is why I stopped watching FTW tbh. Roll the camera and no matter what let's throw the games into a video. Little to no effort in terms of engaging content and games with a click bait title & thumbnail.
That guy was legitimately playing a rellor donk deck. He had the vitality band for that extra 10 😭
Nah it fixes math, it's a +20 to applin that can attack twice
Yeah, I play a similar applin deck with rellor. That game was hilarious though, perfect luck perfectly played.

Lunatone and Solrock!? In the year of our lord 2024!!?
Yes, I found several , especially with mewtwo v astro.
I : wtf?
~Luna
I never thought I could see a Rellor donk lmao
XD.... Permission to laugh at that sweet rellor donk! 🤣 Worst of luck with that mate!
This decklist makes me genuinely wonder HOW it won

OMG MY BOI LUXRAY I NEED TO BUILD HIS SUPERIOR POWER FOR THE TCG
Always gotta love luxray - saying this also so no one can say first (I hate those people)
Playing a deck with both an ex and v card of the same pokemon is somehow so delightful.
I was thinking the same thing.
Day 113! This is how I feel after picking up a winning deck, and proceeding to get absolutely countered on the ladder.
bibarel basically counters this.
i really enjoy watching your vids btw
3 Counter Catcher and a Boss does help that though, considering you’ll still one shot a Bib.
Faced a lunatone deck at my local's last challenge! I used lost city to get rid of the tones too!
Maybe im wrong but u could used kieran to do 30+ damage to iron hands and not use the switch effect?
That’s the correct call
Baton would've activated, and the next hands would've Amped me for 3 prizes, winning the game. That's why I needed Vac.
I struggle a lot with this deck, very slow against the most common decks I play against in my LGS
8:42i think you could ve boosted dmg here by 30 to get ko then tank miraidon hit and build up another luxuraycould ve been the correct play , also great vid , nice to see you attempt anti meta decks / control :)
Oh, I think I'll build this one
Don’t let my friend see this…
Also that first game was um… let’s say, went at Kachow speeds
God I miss not having to play rare candy in every deck
HE GOT DONKED BY RELLOR I'M DEAD 💀
Let's go! Mentioned in the video, 5th Arceus Froslass going nuts!!
Any reason why you'd pick wellspring ogerpon over mawile?
tankyness maybe
Yeah, I added a vac myself just for that. XD You cannot go without one where hands is meta
Since the worlds qualification changes… i have resigned myself to strictly playing control decks. Luxray ex is certainly a fun one!
That last game seemed like a trilogy😮
Damn that start was great 🤣🤣🤣
They spent a lot on games algorithm, but peanuts on maintenance
That's why I like casual it's harder for them to see you up for failure
You look great bud, stay healthy. We love ya cutie.

What tournament did this win?

How the hell does this deck win. You would have to have the perfect hand every time and they would have to have the worst hand every time.
Why is people not using the GUST shinx ?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
It's really vulnerable against Froslass and Dragapult decks, the ability is quite nice though, so I'm not against using it.
Brother I got donked by rellor once and I couldn't even be mad lol
Oh, you cherry pick your games because, you kwnow, you're playing against a Lunatone; and (?) plays Lunatone.
gyarados ex?

On the ladder it's rare but in casual I see them often
To see it on the ladder is crazy but I see them often in casual
Luxray is honestly W
You could've kieran for plus 30 damage on that iron hands match.. I dunno
I beat this deck with roaring moon
Luxray isn't good for your health
Yea first deck on ur channel I have 0 interest in playing 😂😂😂
poor youngster players ;-;
This deck is so bad lmao
Risks for showing this... I'm very interested in Luxray but... seems so not good enough.
That deck looks terrible... I don't see how that wind anything.
Why does people would male bad comment instead of watching what you putting together fir us🎉
bad deck 😂
Goofiest player in the game.
