Redmi note 10 pro motherboard will dead after 1 year so be carefully buying a Redmi phones....and this phone is a downgrade ... MIUI is a worst ui....i used Redmi phone for 4 years form note 4 to 10... better buy Moto phones

Redmi is literally copying the back design of realme phones. The note 12 pro is a photo copy of Narzo 50 pro 5g / realme 9 pro plus. Even the bluish colour of narzo 50 pro.

5G really has screwed the value for money proposition in smartphone industry. Compare this phone to Moto G82 5G
This phone starts at ₹17,999 for 4+128 GB configuration and for ₹18,999 you could get Moto G82 5G which has a better processor, way better camera and a 10 Bit display while having that same 120Hz OLED tech.

Just buy redmi note 10 pro instead of this for 16000rs it's a much better deal 120hz 33watt charging and way better quad cameras then tanks me later

Redmi Note 12 is a model with a great value with good enough performance.
Anyway, don't buy Samsung if you are budget tighted. They use cheap SoC and hardware while selling at very high price with bulky slow OS. Check Antutu score. Don't buy those with score lower than 300k. Otherwise it's a brick.

i was very surprised by this phone and i quite like that it could be my upgrade or waiting for the pro version which is the ultimate one (because i still like the redmi note series)

Gosh this performance have way surpassed the flagship sd 845.
Was looking forward to this one , but looks like Xiaomi made some sacrifices while giving upgrades. Camera and stereo speakers made note 11 an all round device (moreover I bought it recently ) , though i think it's good for experiencing entry level 5G in India ( hope they provide all of the compatible bands )

Redmi also copying other brands in cost cutting, this phone has one speaker. Whereas Redmi is favourite for it's stero speaker. I think for extra 1000-2000/- stero speaker will be better.

My redmi note 7s is almost 4 year old phone and it has 1080p60 fps while in this one it is only upto 1080p30 fps 🤡🤡
No doubt xiaomi phones are good if you can really avoid mi community,mi cloud and GetApps.On whole from security perspective you remain in a neck under a savage situation because you feel insecure about chinese phones.Have used many phones of redmi note series almost all up to note 8.But after that china suddenly forgot to conduct better with india.And so now i have become disloyal to this brand.Before galvan episode i had a great respect for China.Nobody thought even once before buying a xiaomi phone that it is a chinese.There were flash sales where in a blink of eye,stock was out and million phones were charged up for shipment.Where are those days now ?.One bad PM can do a reputational damage to this extent.Didn't Xinping ever think about what he is doing ?.Even once he step away his army from illegal points and admit his fault to our army,those days can still come back.
Hello Pratima : i noted some serious issue with this Redmi Note 12 phone. 1. The apps are out of dated and no updates. 2. Video software not allow to mute mic while shooting [no option found to mute mic]. 3. Camera very unstable [ out of focus while video shooting ] 4. [the most serious] The second large camera is not functioning. is there hiding setting to enable it ?

I've seen on GSMArena that the Indian(hopefully global) version of the Redmi Note 12 is different from the Chinese version.
It has an extra camera, i.e., 8MP ultrawide
I ordered the phone and get the version with just 2 camera, this is the only review I see wit 2 camera, I hope I am not lacking anything apart from the ultra wide because I paid full price... And also I will like to know if they can use thesame case, since I can't find the one with 2 camera online

Glad I've ditched the Redmi Note series. My Redmi Note 9S is almost 3 years old and I need an upgrade but RN12 seems not a good upgrade performance wise, almost the same as the 10/11 variant. My Poco F4 will arrive tomorrow and I can't wait.
I also have note 9s almost for 2,5 years and wanted to get this one but I am not sure yet.
