CHINESE SCAMMER "REFUNDED" ME!! (In the most SCAMMY way Possible)

- The Chinese scammer, Han Tony, "refunded" me a couple nights ago, but only on his conditions. hahaha. He demanded he can't wire the funds back to me and that only paypal or a chinese bank works for him. the scam continues, as I believe this is still part of his scam script. Why else would he go through paypal, paying with his credit card? The exact thing he WOULDN'T let me do when I was paying him.

I have a hard time sending $31 to China for a product. I could never imagine sending $31,000 and hoping for the best. 😳
You could have turned him in to the ccp authorities for using TH-cam since it is illegal in China to use foreign media.. Lol

China does have a lot of controls to make it really hard to get money out of the country, but they are much more willing to take money in.
I mean, if he’s accessing TH-cam in China he’s breaking the law, he could literally go to jail for that.
No only did he scam you. But he gave you a pink car. Like it was a joke.
He wanted your passport to try to sign into you TH-cam with your ID, so they could say they were you and they are locked out and use the picture of your passport as ID for password reset.
Yep, he's going to try scam the refund back.

Hi, so glad I saw your video. I am in Australia, have purchased a few things on Alibaba in the past and was interested in a cheap (too good to be true) Chinese EV, I was dealing with Han, Tony of 'Zibong' and he was asking me to email him of my interest in his EV (I was looking at buying his pickup truck), why does he ask me to email off of the Alibaba platform?......because he is a bonafide scammer......when I questioned him and suggested he was a scammer, he said "Ask the stupid guy who posted the video. We have refunded him money and he promised to remove the video. But now. He threaten us to pay him much more money and then. Delete the video. Who is scam ???? You ask him called inja! He is trying to scam us now !" So that is when I first looked for, found and watched your earlier video
