if they have cancelled the multiplayer game couldn’t they have at least condensed what they had into a factions mode… people have been waiting for years now
it's probably closer to Doom Eternal's horde mode in terms of changing arenas for every round and the waves are finite. but in RE4 the waves are infinite and you stay in 1 location.
Why are we remastering games that are like 1 console generation old? Might as well do a modern warfare 2019 remaster at this rate. Especially as there some unbelievably epic titles from like 2001 to 2005 that desperately need more recognition and tlc
Because games from back then need REMAKES not remasters. This is a remaster. It comes with PS5/XSX graphics and better frames. With additional single player skins and this new mode. As well as other small changes. This remaster is easy for them to do and it’s $10 to upgrade. A REMAKE is an entirely different beast. How do people not understand this?
They need to get rid of the horde mode mentality and go for a more of either Left4dead point A to point B or like This war of mine where you go from A to B then come back to A
This honestly just looked like UC4’s survival mode but with this you can’t even play with your mates . Kinda disappointed with naughty dog recently, ‘remaster’ after ‘remaster’ for the last 4 years and no communication and any sort of new games that they’re working on.

It’s basically like Resident Evil Mercenaries where you play characters with each different load-outs and unique abilities
And like raid mode with the simple enemy modifiers like tanking more damage, being faster, hitting harder and so on

Rog Like mode on TLOUS 2 sound fun and addictive as Returnal was.

If its like most rouge lites it just gets harder and harder. So early waves probably normal and then it scales
probably moderate. but if you increase the difficulty, the score modifier increases. and vice versa for lowering the difficulty.

Because of Sony now releasing these games on PC- this originally runs in dynamic 1400p and now will be native 4k.
