I almost feel like you Jerome since I'm almost nearly 80 pounds lost myself. Started at 291 lbs and am now 219. My goal is 210, or between 200 and 210. I'm 6'1, so 210 is a good weight for me. Thanks Jerome for your inspiration. 🙏
Cole Robinsons older videos (snake diet TV) has really helped me, they are still golden as long as you can handle the cursing. Not into his newer stuff at all but his older stuff is still great!

Beeing imperfectly consistent I've now completed 28 fasts, currently on my 29th 74 hrs in. Goal was 72 but I am extending it cause fasting makes me feel good! Now I am about 95 kilos which was my original goal when I was at 137! You are a great guy, thanks and God bless. 🫶🌞
Yesssss!! 139.8 🎉🎉🎉🎉 I'm still on vacation and will return to the real world Wednesday. So far so good. There's been a lot of walking and I've eaten back to back days with about 20-24 hrs of fasting. We'll see how that works out for me once I get back. 😊😊
I am amazed at your progress and have watched many of your videos. I am really concerned how your refeed methods would affect the average person. Other fasting proponents say you need to refeed slow and carefully. But you seem to refeed like a wildman. You eat a ton of any food you see. How do you not get stomach pain and explosive diarrhea?
