I'm looking at modular homes in Texas. I want to move one to the coast and put it on stilts. I have a feeling the stilts will cost almost as much as the home.
They are not as expensive as you think. We call them piers in the northeast. I recommend connecting with a local Texas builder! Thanks and wish you success!

@@Buffalomodular You got it! You answered my question super duper fantastically great, especially the walk through! I couldn't be happier! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Helen Morton :-)
Their grown child was more excited than they were. I think the new owners would more be excited if they would get romance off their minds. These days we have to share homes with our grown children, just accept it.
This is when basements become a very useful thing. Finishing your basement when you're ready will give you a ton more space!
Parabéns, pela bela casa .
The sky…so beautiful💟💟💟💞💞💞💋💋💋
We think so too! Thanks for the comment!
I sure would have love to have seen the final results after all said and done on this project. I'm sure it was super nice though. :-) I wish you would make more videos like these showing the set up and the final results of the home, you know, like have an open house video after the family moves in. That would be fantastic. Anyways thanks for sharing the video. I enjoyed it thoroughly. -Melvin - 6:56 AM Mountain Time - Saturday, April 25, 2020 - Colorado Springs, Co - P.S.
Good, job
Amazing House Episode.😐

Greetings, I just bought property in Giorgia and would like to get one set up ASAP. THANKS!
I wish we served that region!! Great area of the country from what I understand!! Have you tried to connect with a local modular builder?
Thanks!
Getting ready to start the buying process. I'm doing a land/home package in Savannah, Ga. About how much would it cost to add a basement to a 2100 to 2300 sq ft modular home? Thanks in advance.
Your builder should be able to price this in for you but you can figure $50k as a round number for walls, dig, and finish work.
Gorgeous

Buffalo...where good things happen!!
George R Rust we don’t want to tell too many people and let the secret out lol
Except with their football team.
That's beautiful house I want to know if you business is located in Florida too if yes wish part in Florida your locate
I like that!
thanks!
Even has a coffered ceiling.
It's a great option if it's something you're into!
That's very nice how much a doublewide like that run .
I think it's great, that would also be a gap in the market in Germany
yes!
Beautiful. Just missing a big deep tub in master bath
Neechie Vlogs We call that option the glamour bath. And seems like most people are wanting only an oversized walk in shower in the master bathroom these days. But yes the tub and the shower is doable. And we also have standalone modern clawfoot tubs as well.
So it’s a doublewide without wheels and has a basement?
Yes...And I would've put a concrete lid on that basement. If the house blows away you have no protection.
no it's a modular home which has the same specs as a site built home... but actually made stronger with up to 40% more lumber... i mean it has to travel down the road at 55mph so it has to be built stronger!

I was really hoping for the reveal of the house completed..a tour of the basement..this is totally what we are interested in..I didn't think these fabricated houses were able to be built over a basement..sigh😔
3D tour of the completed home and basement on our website :-) buffalomodularhomes.com/le-fantastique-grand-ranch-modular-home/
Can a basement be added anywhere ? What supports around the basement to keep it dry in areas that rain a lot ? Can it be a double wide ?
basement is designed and engineered to local and state code requirements...
What's price of this home and final instalation cost too ?
As well can it possible to build in india too ?
No update😟
I'm looking on your channel for the next video for the finished look 😢😩🤦🏾♀️😔

Wow! I am surprised that you are able pick up both half with one crane .
amazing.. it's possible, but have to make sure our pick points are located accurately and the crane is positioned properly to pick and extend out. thanks for the comment.
I would love to have seen the basement
ah so so so sorry about that :-). BUT WAIT! we have a 3d tour of the basement here :-) WOO HOO!! buffalomodularhomes.com/property/le-fantastique-grand/
Good home I like you
Thank you 😊
What’s the full price for a home like that?! Cheaper then builds?
Work great, what was the cost of home without land.. i am and do they deliver in New Jersey
Hey sorry I must have missed this comment. I'm just getting back to you now. This home as shown on a full basement with site costs, turn key is just about 250k.
We are currently not delivering to New Jersey but I can refer you to a local builder in your area. If you jump on our website and fill out the contact form we will be happy to refer you to a local builder in your area. Thanks for commenting and let me know if there are any questions that you have about the building process.
Yo siempre mi sueño casa
Now that is one heavily chem trailed sky.......Those in power really do hate us.
with the large land parcel they're on here they could be totally self sufficient!
