This home is so beautiful! I love all of the storage! I would love a convection microwave oven! Regular ovens heat up your home too much! I love the master bedroom! The bathroom needs a nice soaking tub!
I love your tours! And your humor. And that thing you do at the end cutting off your ending. And also thanks for the getting into the tub thing. My imagination is so happy.
Keep the videos coming Kerry. Just when I was getting used to the idea of not having a basement had we decided on a prefab home, here we are, one option with a basement. Funny though how now, I'm not even sure anymore that the extra space will be needed when my husband and I finally retire. Nice to see more options though especially here in Canada 🍁
Beautiful house!! I would opt for an over the stove microwave because it would be a bit of an annoyance having to go into the pantry every time you need to use the microwave. I like all the trim work in the house.
I’d get rid of the window next to the fireplace then move the fireplace at an angle in the corner. It looks wonky where it’s at. Where’s the ac & heat? I see no ducts but I do see the ac/heat in most rooms, no washer dryer space unless you’d put it in the pantry space or where the basement steps would be. By the way, these are only available in Canada. Also, what’s the price? God Bless🦋
Came back for a second view /tour. I LOVE this home...the layout and the size and use of space, design, everything is prefect to me ...even the microwave in the pantry!!! (because i don't like them in kitchen anyway lol, rarely use them (only for a hot pack not for food) and so they (microwaves) just take up space in kitchen i prefer for other things. and prefer to not be near them (radiation and other frequencies they emit). And that "hidden" pantry is also best place for that where not too far and for the occasional once a month or less use. that pantry is so cool and so convenient for longer term food supply and love that it is "hidden". Seems that this homes desibn was well thought out. The size of the bedrooms too where the bigger space in dining , living , room and kitchen is preferable to me with smaller bedrooms that can also be offices, meditation , study, massage, or workout /stretching room ...and if kids were there i think those smaller bedrooms are not too small but also perfect for kids. This is a NICE home to me where i could be so happy and where I would put it f i could------ would be where windows remain , where they are and not near anyone else to worry about that.
OH NO! Here I go again. The video is not over and I'm already commenting like a fool. I like how there's a small entry foyer area so that you don't walk right into a living space. Great light in that living/dining area. Gonna need more storage for my bags of chips. What's with those nipple lights in the bedrooms?!?! Good combination of modern and traditional styles. This is a good one. Thumbs up!
Awesome pantry. Nice walk in coat room. Walk in closet and en-suite. The double height entrance really does open it up. Nice layout. Interestingly, in the UK bungalows seem to have the bedrooms at the front of the house and the living space at the back giving you direct access to the garden. Can’t decide which I like better. Maybe a side entrance to the garden?! Humm.
Hey Kerry, this is another great find. It has a great layout and all those windows definitely make it look a lot more spacious. Thanks for sitting in the tub, it gives us an idea of the size of it. Thanks for making such a great entertaining, informative video.
There are nine hooks in the entrance. Three hooks on each mount. I tried something similar to Factor called Cook Unity and found it a great deal. I ate better and spent less. I was far less tempted to go out, which was expensive and not that good for me, and I was never too tired to eat the healthy meal.
Congratulations on the sponsorship. 💰 Back to back updates featuring a home with a wow factor. 😍 The brickwork on the exterior maybe my favorite exterior feature of any home ever shown on your channel. 🥇 In the interior, the flooring does justice to the overall look. The window in front of the toilet is an interesting choice that I would have never thought of. But I’m a city guy. The kitchen is probably my favorite area of this home. The white brick just pops. 👍 Outstanding walkthrough Kerry. It was very detailed. 😎
Ugh why are all the secondary bedrooms so small? You do need more than a twin or a double sometimes. So far that's the big thing that would keep me from doing one of these kinds of homes. The open layout is nice. Also curse the Gaineses for the whole shiplapp movement. If I never see it again it will be too soon.
I'd want the front coat closet reduced to a regular closet and have all that extra space included in the pantry, so there would be space for a freezer. Did I miss the laundry area?
i happen to love that entrance closet and the window there too.!!! i find the pantry big enough and would find another place for the freezer in that much footage ...it would be easy..even in the basement as an option. that closet would be great as almost a mud room is another reason why i would keep it .
What a perfect size home. Love the layout and the natural lighting. Their other homes....woooooow....so nice. None in Calif. though. ☹ I'll check out Factor though. Thanks Kerry....you're awesome.
🏘 Well, this is absolutely lovely!! Just don't know if I'd feel secured enough to live there with so many windows easily accessible to break-in and theft if not worse? Sad, isn't it, that some of us have to consider that now?
I love the look of these much more than the ultra modern modulars. However, this is the size I have that I want to downsize from. I'll be moving into a 400 sq ft or slightly smaller home as my last home. Do they have any plans for smaller, more affordable homes?
Awesome, I think you should do more videos from your kitchen 😀, as an alternative to the squished chair corner/against the curtain backdrop. Thanks for showing the Shiraz and the Factor quick meal nutrition kit! 🥶🖤🔔👍🏻❤️😍
Great home Kerry. Shame it’s not available everywhere but I’d probably change up entry closet to enlarge pantry area !! Other than that great home & great tour !!
This is bigger than my house! (Which I am selling soon, do im looking at all my options) I love this one. If you didn't have a basement dug out, where could the laundry go? Also, could a handicapped bar be added to a shower?
Would love to know the price of this prefab. It is set up so well. I'd buy it in a NY min. Just one question... where is the laundry?? Extra touches are really nice & it is so functional. Everything, every single thing is exactly where it should be. love the microwave being in it's own space & away from the kitchen. I want one. Thanks for reading what I have to say. Blessings, Kathy Sue Nelson
over priced. thats the price lol. but yet this guy in this video made a 1500 square foot home for like 90k th-cam.com/video/dpFbPOFEUag/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Qzrlw6fQDNHHe4cu so if it costs much more then than that its over priced.
I like it looks like a non modular home but what I don’t like is its mismatching. Craftsman’s home but farm style interior? Shiplap is a out of trend and they have cheap finishes. They have something here but can improve
I absolutely love this one, That entryway height is spectacular, as is the coat room and such a nice touch, but where is the laundry room? Also, what is the price? Also, I loved the hidden pantry!
I don't like the kitchen at all. It is way too small and not enough cabinets or counter space at all! Where are you supposed to place your toaster, blender, electric can opener, food processor, stand mixer, and / or any other canisters, like utensil holders, storage jars, crockpot cutting boards, etc! Also, the pantry is nice that it is hidden, but WAY too small! Also their is ni place for a chest freezer or even an upright! The master bath should have both soaking tub and the stand-up shower! I do love the entey way with the raised ceiling, though, and the farmhouse look and feel! The living room could also be a bit larger! I didn't notice a laundry room, but that as well would be a bit large to house a utility sink a side by side washer and dryer and perhaps a chest freezer and an area for folding clothes and laundry hamper baskets! Other than that, the house is cute. I would add a back covered porch as well as a side entrance!
Kerry, great videos! Just enough for someone to determine if they want to look into these type of homes more deeply. Any ideas from Supreme regarding prices? Any info on when they would be available in the US, for me, in Colorado?
Both this and the previous home would make great lake houses as the LR and MBR face the same side with lots of windows. I'd make them door walls. Wish this co. was in the States!
Maybe I missed , I did not see a washer and dryer hook up? I did not see the duck work for the heating and AC.Unit all I saw was a wall.Melted electric heaters. This house does not have central HVAC?
i bet they want like 200 or 300k rip off. for preuilt. when you man make a home for like 90k th-cam.com/video/dpFbPOFEUag/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Qzrlw6fQDNHHe4cu
You don't want to spend an hour preparing a healthy meal. But you're fine with spending hours workin' on that hair. Not to worry, I gave you a thumbs up for the blond hair curls!
Gorgeous home that's way too big for li'l old me, even adding a cat and dog. Am sure it's waaay too much $ for me. Btw, does Factor only operate in the US😭? Thanks Kerry. Great job as always!
So the closest in the hallway, what is it?, coat closet?, linen closet?, just a blank space so like vacuums and broom closet? What is it. Hint, you need to show the closets too.
I like the semi-secret pantry doors. I think I'd put fake shelves right inside the doors and then make them swing open to the secret hiding place where I would keep all of my . . . never mind.
@KerryTarnow. Love your channel. Lately you havent been giving any sort of pricing. Are these homes for sale or just show rooms of the future? Please go back to giving pricing at time of filming, 🙏 😊
Nix the closet windows and windows that go all the way to the floor. Make the window next to the front door narrower to make break-ins impossible and add a second window so that the door has a window on either side.

Also, IMHO, the master bath should have two sinks, not just one.
they can make those changes
A ballpark figure would be appreciated.
Mickey Mantle
I always thought that he included the price point on each house. That’s why I watch!
@@noneofyourbusiness1699 He does when he has the info but sometimes the manufacturers haven't set prices yet.
It would be important to know a ballpark price
between $96,000 and $265,000

More of these, please. These are beautiful designs. I hope they expand outside of Canada.

What an AMAZING attention to the details.
It's so awesome that Modular factories are paying attention to consumers.
Thanks for watching

I appreciate the quick fly-through recap at the end of your house tours.
Thanks for the feedback 🙌🏼
Seconded.
So what's the price?
Minus the closet in the front with the window, I absolutely love this floor plan and the overall character of this house.
This is my absolute favorite. Perfect. Not too big and not too small.
Glad you like it!
That's what my girlfriend says.

Awesome!
Kerry, I so love your sense of humor!
Glad to hear that. 🙌🏼
where is the laundry room? great work as always Kerry, and you always get a couple laughs out of me with every video.
I had the same thought.
Maybe meant to be in the basement? Maybe that basement entry door could be the laundry space?
Or maybe in that "secret room" off the left side off the kitchen.
It would be in the basement on this one. Glad you enjoyed the video
Down along the end wall of that 1st walk in closet would work perfectly for Washer & Dryer!
You are so funny.😂 Love it. Just keep the terrarium on the tabletop and I'll be happy.

Very nice for a larger home than I am looking for.
Do these larger homes have the efficiency and durability that many of the smaller prefab have?
I'd want the front coat closet reduced to a regular closet and have all that extra space included in the pantry, so there would be space for a freezer. Did I miss the laundry area?
Also, the microwave in the pantry is impractical.
@@geopietro Agreed. I don't use a microwave, so that didn't bother me.
