      It's because he makes it simple! I honestly think he could beat Bruce Lee. We have to be careful not to put icon's on levels where they just can't be beaten. It's the shadow or status of Bruce that can't be beaten. Bruce would've wished Mike was a board that didn't hit back, and that's no disrespect to the legend.

    An hour ago, I just watched a clip from your movie "Never Back Down: No Surrender", the scene where Case defeats Cobra using moves from Kyokushin karate. It feels like I'm watching a tutorial behind the scenes! Great actor, person and a martial artist, and a very humble man!

    That is 100% correct. I tried to explain it to some karate guys online. They took offence and challenged me to a fight. Those guys are limited. They still don’t get it - the martial arts is more about understanding and benevolence than the fighting itself.
    The pride and ego has not yet been allowed to die. The individual is therefore a dangerous entity.
    I started a charitable enterprise a few years ago and last week I met another man who did the same martial art and has also started a charitable enterprise.
    I said to him it is interaction How Wing chun has led both of us to a life of love, benevolence and the desire to help, serve and care for others outside ourselves. 😀😀
    Much respect - this man here is a high level master. This can be seen from both his movements and his understanding.

    I don’t care what no ones say, this man is my favorite martial artists actor or not, MJW is the reason I decided I wanted to learn martial arts, and in my opinion, he could beat up actual UFC fighters, hell, he knows 9 different martial arts lol 🔥🔥

    I had the playback to .25 just watching the interplay between his leg, hips, shoulder, and fist and just kept rewinding this. Makes me think the 1 inch punch is also just a good lesson on power generation for when you throw normal punches.
