Hello there!
In this video, I'm going to create a DUKE 390 using empty candy boxes. After receiving numerous requests for adding color, I decided to use various types of boxes to bring some vibrancy to the project.
Throughout this video, I'll guide you step by step on how to create a motorcycle using these boxes. Let's dive in and have some fun together!
To all our viewers, feel free to leave your comments and questions below. I'm looking forward to hearing from you all!
----------------------------------------
I often get this question: "If you close the engine, the contents aren't visible, so what's the point of making it?"
Yes, if I had created the contents without showing them to anyone and then closed it, it might have no value. But I created the content with the intention of sharing it with everyone. If you have watched this video, it means the contents are not invisible. After all, you have seen and recognized the contents through the video.
This might only be possible because of the development of the internet. By the time I am writing this, tens of thousands of people have already seen my model, but in reality, getting that many people to see it would be no easy task.
I created the contents as a message to those who have seen the inside of this bike's engine. I once rode a Ducati and maintained its engine. So, I have memories associated with it. I think those who have worked on bike maintenance would understand this. I want to connect with the various experiences of people involved with this bike through my model. - ยานยนต์และพาหนะ
Let's be straight, this guy didn't build a model KTM out of paper, he built a hypothetically functional KTM out of PAPER. I can't believe there are idiots hanging milk bottles in the National Art Gallery when there are people with this level of talent. Absolutely amazing craftsmanship. An absolute master and a pleasure to see your work. ❤❤❤
It's amazing for sure, and they are extremely talented - but the part about 'idiots' hanging milk bottles belies a misunderstanding of what constitutes 'art'.
Art isn't just about making things that take a lot of work, or look really cool, etc.
Art is about expression, and the subjective contemplation of what an artist is doing.
Sometimes that expression comes in the form of something ridiculously simple, zany, silly - or yes, even 'stupid' - the important part is in how people react to it and what it does.
If an art piece makes everyone hate it, well - it certainly made an impression; and that, is 'art'.
What we have here is both art, and an amazing example of technical skill, vision, etc!
Also, I heard the mafia uses it to launder money. So that explains the high price tag 👀
I agree. Amazing work if art.
@@JustMe-ty2rp I think the commenter is just frustrated by the difference in level of recognition. when my niece draws a heart on a piece of paper its art, but i can understand if someone would be bothered if it got displayed in a National Art Gallery.
@@JustMe-ty2rp Nah, if any 3 yr old child can do it id argue that it's not art that's worthy of noticing. The fact you can call anything art now day is demeaning the word and the amazing artists out there that actually put time, thought and real expression into their pieces. I don't care what anyone says but there is absolutely zero meaning or thought to stacking buckets of sand and knocking them over, pouring paint onto a dustpan and dumping it on a canvas, or dumping it into a bucket attached to a spring and spinning it. Can it look cool sometimes? Sure, but let's not act like its remotely near anything like this, a Picasso, or 99% of other good artists out there. The only thing its comparable to is that 3yr old i mentioned earlier who knocked over a paint bucket and called it a day.
KTM should gift you an actual bike to you for making this! Like if you agree.
They should absolutely do a collab with Lotte Chococo and then gift it to him
@@spectraleggings🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
100% he needs a hayabusa too.
If he gets 2 million views in the next 6 or so months then yes I could definitely see ktm doing that
Kuch bhi aise to kitne hi honge even better honge isse talent ko salute hai mera but actual bike for this...
I swear I watched this whole video with my jaw on the ground. The skill and patience in this art is unmatched. These models deserve to be in a museum!
I skipped it through now and again. But my jaw was still on the floor.
There's a video of a guy who does miniature artwork that is amazing. Like eye of a needle small.
One hell of an artist.
I can say without hesitation this is the most impressive craftsmanship I’ve ever witnessed in my life.
Never mind his building skills, his drawing /drafting is on another level as well! But he made THE CHAIN! THE CHAIN! He needs an award for just having the nerve to try this!
Thank you
i know right!!!
I agree... a damn paper chain !!
That is amazing workmanship. The engine was insane, the chain alone is on a different level.
@@Papermodelling I am very impressed, but if the engine can't be dissembled, then why all the detail on the inside of the engine?
These are the kind of videos that should get views in TH-cam. TH-cam was supposed to be a creator's platform.
I think you misinterpret the word "creators".. If you upload a video, you are a "creator" of content..
TH-cam is a business and is about making money from advertising.
@@TheMediaMachine You are at least allowed to dream, right?
It is still a creator's platform. You're just not watching enough videos out there. From learning how build models, learning a language, museum walk throughs, cooking demo, there are so many things available on TH-cam.
@@hhaste the word that nonartists love too appropriate because they're basically hustling
THAT ENGINE, THAT CHAIN, THAT TIRE....AWESOME
The fact that this guy went so far as to create a full replica of the ENTIRE engine, complete with gears, piston, even the timing mechanism is absolutely insane to me. Let alone everything being completely hand crafted out of paper. Really deserve more subscribers
Thank you.
I don’t feel that I’m even worthy enough to watch this....Absolutely 🔥
@@ferg1680 Same...
I can't consider myself and people who can do this, as equals. I just can't. He made an entire precise miniature schematic out of just looking at photographs, and not even at the exactly correct perspective. This is a whole different level of intellect. It's these kind of people who move the world forwards, not politicians, not celebrities, not these people who stack stuff on top of eachother and call it "art". RESPECT.
Thank you
Honestly it seems like some kind of autism, he is a genius
nah hes a real asshole, i brought up 3d printers, then he tried to say Ive never made anything in my life lol hes just an old boomer who gota lil attention and thinks hes the world champion at oragami when he breaks all the actual oragami rules using glue. real paper art is a lot harder than this. this is just paper machet wioth non paperr parts so cheating.
I agree.
When I saw the finished creation I nearly bit through my tongue.
Yeah, awesome!
I watch a lot of TH-cam. A. Lot. Sometimes I forget why I've wasted so many hours, days, weeks watching trash. Then I accidentally stumble over a video like this and it captivates me from start to finish. A gem that can't be reproduced because of the genuine love for a hobby like we saw here. Even the channel name is ominously generic, "Paper modelling", without the capitalised "M". A channel you might be likely to skip while doom-scrolling, but it bubbles forth a video that has clearly touched a large number of it's 679k viewers. Thank you for spending the hours to edit and upload a video on your hobby, Mr Paper modelling, we love it!
This talent is unreal....😮
This guy needs a huge raise
Origami skill level: BIBLICAL!
This video deserves at least 30 million views.
Origami is another thing all together cos doesn't use glue of any kind. But anyway this is biblical in its own terms, no doubt!!
😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
Exactly what I thought. How has this not been viewed more than 1 million times. I believe it will.
True that this is biblical and godly in its own level. But this is not Origami. This is actually Tsugigami (継紙)
@@lifeon4legs Biblically accurate origami
You deserved much more but here is small tip to buy more chocolate. 🙏 I cannot imagine effort you put into details. You are real artist
Thank you
You are correct, many different skill levels in effect here. It's definitely a niche space that he fills with as paper craftsman with a mechanical aptitude and an artist's eye.
I've seen a lot of builds from paper. This beast of a creation takes the top spot by a damn light year! Someone, give this man his art gallery!
The attention to detail down to internal components that will never be seen again, beautifully and painstakingly recreated. Every nut, bolt, gear, shaft, chain and cable masterfully crafted and precisely to scale is just breathtaking. The shear effort and the patience to create a piece of this quality really is a pleasure to behold.
If i came across this piece of art(because that's what it is) a hundred years from now. Along with its accompanying initial sketches and the video showing the process because just looking at it would never appreciate the work that went into creating it. I would expect this piece to fetch £8000 to £10000 at auction.
i would preserve this piece under vacuum glass and pass it down for future generations to admire.
Truly exquisite.
This is what people should be spending 37minutes of their evening watching. Something that shows us the beauty of human creativity, perseverance and craftsmanship. Sadly many will opt for watching an episode of the kardashians instead. Thanks for making this video. Very, very impressive!
you are correct. A Kardashian could never do this.
ありがとう!
Agree so much I said no way he watches TikTok lol Damn brainrot...
🤘💻
KTM should use this video as a commercial with the statement “ where perfection begins … “ with the model morphing into a real machine. Beautifully done !! 🥳🥳👍👍🥇🥇🙂🙂🫵🏻🫵🏻
I could only imagine that you'd make the entire chain from paper. Then i laughed and said: Nah, nooooooo. But then he did just that. That's insane man!!! 10/10
Yeah, a part of my brain just gave out a little ; like 'WTF bro!!! '
Sir, from now on i declared my self as your son, father !
Earlier today I watched Davey Todd’s 200mph+ onboard eye-level camera motorcycle lap of the Isle of Man TT circuit and my mind was blown at how a human can be capable of such a mind boggling feat. And now, for the second time today, my mind has just been blown all over again! 🤯
Humans can achieve incredible things when they put their minds to it and I’ve no doubt this man could achieve almost anything he puts his mind to 👏
I can't remember the last time a youtube video left to me speechless. I don't even know how to comment on this video. Beyond impressed
Wow. The attention to detail is insane! The only thing missing from that engine is the oil! Crazy 🤣
Thank you.
…and petrol too lol
Facts blown away 🤯 🙏👊
Wait for it.
This is craftsmanship at its finest. Literally. And to think all those carefully and painstakingly made details are hidden away. I'm in awe.
The level of details is simply astonishing. Dude carved an engine out of paper... unreal. If somehow the paper won't get lit on fire, I bet the bike would be running on gas.
WTF!! The level of patience of this guy is off the chart.
This is another level all together. No fancy tools. Out of nothing. It’s hard to believe. The spokes. The chain. All of it. I gasped so many times, lol. Lost it at the chain.
I know man! The chain, it’s off the chain.!!!
I'm a huge fan of pop-up books and the craft it takes to assemble them, but this is paper engineering on a whole different level. Magnificent work!
As someone who finds tedious and highly detailed art therapeutic and fun to do. I more than thoroughly enjoyed this level of craftsmanship! Totally next level detail and execution of design. A huge kudos to the artist!
I'm absolutely blown away! This was very inspiring to me as an artist.
Even the chain is made out of paper. Screw the 3d printer! all with human hands. This is not merely ability, this is the definition of intelligence.
I used to think I was good at miniatures, now you're my new hero.
When I saw the links, I thought no he didn't but then I saw the chain. Just incredible!
This person is saving human ingenuity. Humans are not doomed to be just be screen zombies.
Youre kidding, right ???
....the "definition of intelligence" ???
Could you be more specific ?
Like, what KIND of "intelligence" ???... paper intelligence??
Geeze, Im just not made for this world.
I think so fundamentally differently.
I know I'M ok, so it must be YOU, is seriously flawed thinking so....
Perhaps I just got off on the wrong planet, missed my stop...
cause Fuk, I just dont seem to be able to hold onto my equanimity.
Absolutely right...roller chains are the killer... Astonishing!!
oh yeah when you think it can't get even more detailed. Just mindblowing.
I didn't think you would go as far as building the actual internals of the engine, gearbox and even the freaking chain. This is absolutely nuts!
I was admiring the tires and thinking “there’s no way he made them out of paper!” I was wrong!!! 😂
Out of this world👏🏻🫡👌🏻😃
Occasionally you see art that's on another level. The patience to make that, the fine details, and its PAPER. And when I first saw the picture, I was sure there was some plastic, or maybe those wheels were rubber, but no they made it all. Wow, truely brilliant skill 👏
As a KTM owner myself, I am learning about the insides of my vehicle through this. I just started watching out of curiosity but at the end i was literally 🤯 watching your detailed building skills. ❤
I've carved tiny cameos from shells, carved ivory, engraved ultra fine metal jewelry, created many tiny miniatures and sculpted hundreds of small and large works. I love making miniscule items under a microscope, but I cannot conceive of the precision needed to do this amount of flawless detail work IN PAPER! Awesome work my friend.
That, is why you faill...
@@emiami458Internet trolling showing that you are failing in life
And in his spare time he’s a vascular surgeon! This is just unreal talent! He certainly isn’t part of the instant gratification society we see today.
is he really? haha I just made a comment he should work in micro surgery!
Seriously!? He can do this and he's also a surgeon!? I need to start trying harder.
... *My mind is blown.*
Sometimes we forget how amazing human talent can be.
You could give most of us 1000yrs on this Earth and we still would not be able to achieve this.
The detail on this model is absolutely amazing! I didnt expect it would be that details when i started watching! Making the wheels took “lacing wheels” to a whole other level! AND THAT CHAIN! that is is absolutely mind blowing! To take it to that level after the details on the engine and everything else! WOW JUST WOW!!!!
I don't know what would take longer. Building the bike or editing all the footage. There has got to be well into 500+ hours into this build and video. Immaculate model.
In the past, humanity flew into space without 3D computer modeling. People used drawing board and mechanical calculators. Well done for building this bike with your hands.
If there's one thing I'm addicted to watching is a master at his craft, any craft, doesn't matter what. This inspires and motivates me. It shows that with dedication you can achieve levels hard to believe for an average person.
What comes to mind for me right away is that he's a 'surgeon'! Amazing! I'm awestruck.
This is where insane skill meets insane patience to bring us outstanding creativity. A master at work.
Thanks for letting us know what humans can achieve.
I thought you would only make the shell of the engine, but man, you made the entire mechanism, you are a great artist.
ありがとう!
I am in awe, i have no words to describe what I'm feeling rn... As a wannabe artist AND a biker/bike lover, this is just beyond incredible!! Wow...
What did I just watch?! This is incredible. This dude definitely grew up in a world without money, toys, and the internet. He had to build his own entertainment.
This guy is a brain surgeon in his spare time, right?
I don’t know why this video came up in my feed, but I’m sure glad it did. It was the most amazing 37 minutes I’ve ever spent on TH-cam. What talent!!!
He is actually a former helicopter mechanic. I follow him on Twitter.
The human hand! the greatest precision manufacturing machine ever!
Yes, human hand controlled by human brain. Most genious combination ever invented. Not even copyrighted, because nobody ever could… just imagine a robot doing this from a-z.
Created, not evolved
Yep! Genesis 1:26
If you put fuel in it that thing is going to fire right up and run like a dream, this is unbelievable talent, skill and artistry !!!!!!!!
I can only imagine how stress reliefing doing this as a hobby would be.
I've been watching YT-videos since the beginning of youtube more than 20-25 years ago. Probably thousand and thousanda of videos. But never something fascinating like this. What amazing art. you sir are blessed with skill. Just wonderful. I hope i remember this your channel in a couple years when my both sons are older. I wanne show them whats possible by handcraft. It's simply breathtaking what you've achived!
True that! If I had see that as a kid, i would not had feel so limited in what I wanted to do
People with your attention to detail, diligence, and creativity truly make this world a better place! 👏👏👏
I used to build paper models from a magazine called ABC (czech republic) when i was a kid so i can appretiate the amount of effort and skill that goes into something like this. But even the most complicated model i've ever built doesn't put a dent into this build! You are a master!
Words cannot describe how impressed i am with this
what have i just seen? this is unbelievable. can't think the accurate words for your meticulousness level and attention to details. no cheats and no material substitutes, you don't event paint it. its all papers and basic tools. this is absolute madness. OMG. arguably the best paper modeling i've seen in my entire life. crazy!
Most of the time you see someone make something you think "with the right tools, enough time, and a bit of training, I could probably do something like that".
Not a chance I could get anything close to this. Incredible.
Absolutely unbelievable and one of the BEST things I’ve ever seen on TH-cam. The rest of the bike was ridiculous enough but the chain left me speechless!
Quite possibly the most create piece of art, construction, design, engineering, etc, I have ever seen in the 47.11 years being on this earth!
I have a Ducati Monster 796 and would love to have the ability skill and genius to make one of these as a replica of my own bike!! Wow wow wow.
GENIUS!
I have no words to praise you. I still cannot phantom how you managed to make the internal engine parts movable. Bravo it was worth the wait.
ありがとう!
It's fathom not phantom. A phantom is a ghost, fathom means to comprehend, understand.
@@Dirtbag-Hyena Yeah sorry about my spelling as English is not my first language. I will try to correct it when I use it next time.
@@Dirtbag-Hyena Fathom, although it can be used to signify "understand", "comprehend", ""Grok"", is originally a unit of measurement, being approximately equal to six feet, being defined in practice as "the span of a man's arms".
This unit is used to measure lengths of cordage, particularly when used to plumb the depth of water beneath a ship's keel when performing a sounding.
When used to mean "understand", it strongly implies that what is being understood is "deep", "profound" or otherwise inaccessible to the majority of people.
Not to be "that guy", but this video has me caring about precision and detail, for some reason.
...Who am I kidding, in the words of Amos Burton: _"I _*_am_*_ that guy"_ .
I consider myself to be reasonably skilled when it comes to scratch model building, but I am an absolute awe of this guys abilities. There are literally not enough superlatives. 👍
First, its unfair that this video is basically free to watch. It should not be. Second, this is one of those videos which come across after a long while and just sweep you away. The engine build is insane. Its incredible and unbelievably good. Pure talent. Just how good people are and how they are encouraged to do impossible stuff like this.
How much respect he deserves, in a world of lasers and cnc and 3d printing, this is true art

I had to stop at the chain micro assembly part to come back to comment! I cant beleive what I am watching. Like a clock maker, or a ship in a bottle maker. I wish this guy could come do my spinal nuero surgery with steadiness and precision with blades and tools like that is incredible.
I've seen a lot of wild things on TH-cam but I think this takes the cake. Absolutely phenomenal.
I am dumbfounded by the exquisite skill and sheer ‘can do’ attitude of this guy. The potential of card can have no limits under his scalpel.
This is what I like on TH-cam. Of all the things we can find on the platform and of all the bullshit the algorithm push to you, sometime, a pure gem like this raise from the masses and its a pure joy to watch and appreciate. Thanks for sharing your work. A pure trip into your own world :)
🤯 you have the skills and hands of a Surgeon and a Engineer👍👍 looks amazing 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🇺🇲
The talent this man has is actually insane, who would've thought this was possible with just paper
Damn sick !!!! This should be included in the Guinness Book of Records ... 🔥🔥🔥
Talk about patience and ability. That is amazing. Would be a fantastic addition to a motorcycle toy collection.
That engine was amazing as well as the rest of it. I can't believe how deep into the build you went. AMAZING!
I can only assume that your passion is bordering on obsession. Something has to get you past levels that normal humans can tolerate. For me, there would be way too much stress involved in having the constant fear of things not measuring right or coming unglued etc. Your dedication is nothing less than utterly remarkable.
I am a fellow visual artist and a chef and a musician and a gardener ,
It never ceases to amaze me of what the human spirit is capable of.the creative human is truly astounding..
Im not sure if its a celebration or a reaction to combat the nitry gritty.
Im continually inspired by this thing we call creativity, tearfully proud
Wow. This is one of those things that hopefully ends up in a museum one day for people to appreciate and be in awe of.
I think there are very few people in the world who have this mans level of focus, patience, steady hands, drafting skills.......this is almost mind boggling. Proves man could build the pyramids! Amazingly talented, and the videography is top notch with great detail, good lighting, and relaxing music completes this project. Superb
Unbelievable! This artist even made the inner workings of the engine!
that blew me away too. and the chain, every damn link of it.

The supersize of your fingers on the screen make me realize how precise the work is. Speechless...
Saying No Way to myself everytime he adds a piece I'm blown away, impressive work!
Frankly, the skill to just draw out the plan on paper, let alone making the model from that plan, is amazing. What a legend!
Thank you
Lol at first I saw the title and thought oh probably a pdf you download online and glue together in about ten steps and then I see the model of the KTM and think oh ok so its a prebuilt model made of paper. No, this guy makes everything from SCRATCH 😮😮😮
If I did not see this with my own eyes I would never believe that this level of work was even possible. Humans are capable of so much more.
Dia bukan hanya seorang seniman, dia pasti seorang mekanik dan designer juga, detailnya sangat luar biasa
Wow…….the calculations, steady hand, attention to detail, research, videoing, editing, patience, I mean WOW!!!!
Incredible. Thank you TH-cam keep recommending this to people!
Wow, you even modeled the piston in the engine! Every time I thought it couldn't get any more demanding, something more filigree came along and finally the chain. 👏
