Ironically when I watch tests like this on cheapies like the Samson or the t.bone EM700 I hear virtually no noise in my DT880s but when it comes to listening off phone speakers or laptop speakers or really any suboptimal audio system it’s much more noticeable which is quite annoying for content creation where likely most of the audience will be listening on those devices. As you say though, it’s very unlikely people will notice unless they’re actively listening for it and for the price they’re great entry level devices for hobbyists before they actually start generating income. Great review!
I still use them and the quality is not bad, and I’ve never had an average user say it was too much hiss or what not. :-) Contant is king :-) the tools that we used to get us there will get us there :-)
@@GenXJim1 I use fifine T683a usb condenser microphone which is not suitable for my videos as they need shots with no mics. Lav mics I found the sound is harsh a bit and ecoi with boya by mm1. And also with lav, there is a lot of hiss noise
@@GardenFreshBD ok,got it! not sure how big your room is but go with overhead and maybe a floor rug. now the next situation is good cables! there's art form to all this and you can do it!

There is a little floor noise, electric,, but its not too bad.
I've just got a pair for the equivalent of USD $40.00 unused. I'm quite happy with my bargain microphones.
