TOE JUMP MECHANICS

Here is my opinion as to what the skating leg does and what the picking leg does on the take-off of toe jumps such as toe loops, flips, lutzes, mazurkas, and split jumps. I discuss how the use of speed and coordinated action of the two legs can help achieve maximum height.
