Their experience in the field of managing property rentals and sales for clients from all over the world for businesses within Pattaya is truly professional and knowledgeable with the after care that one expects. Nana truly has a passion for her work and I can fully recommend her to anyone who is looking to rent, buy or sell in the area and needing totally reliable & professional advice.

25000 baht per month sounds expensive at the moment in Pattaya/Jomtien 25000 baht + 30 days = 850 baht per day approx you can get a really nice hotel for 850 baht per night which includes water electricity and maid bed change and room cleaning. All these costs could be extra to the 25000 baht at View Talay ?

A Studio for 25,000 baht is expensive, you can get a lot better Condo for much less and bigger in sq ft between 10,000 - 15,000 and be a 1 bedroom at that...... i'll PASS on this.

Its a very nice unit but its a little over priced in my opinion, especially for a studio. I've stayed at talay before and quite liked it but it should be more like $450 - $500 per month with no deposit..like someone pointed out you can an airbnb for the same price or less and im only referring to the $500 price point.
It is a very nice building with amenities though so.....up to you. 😄

I had to help a friend to settle into an apartment in Pattaya. Since I had lived in the VT6 myself for 6 years on the 27th floor, it was clear to me that I would rent it there, there would be something free and acceptable.
With the Nana we found something that fit.
It is very helpful, so it was quickly possible to make the first 90-day report.
Then she arranged an office for us in Soi Bhukao, where we very easily got an annual residence permit for my friend.
A very good address, I really like their way of working and their willingness to help.

I was in the condo for half a year, the price and performance was very good, next door there is a large shopping center, the Central, downstairs with an escalator and you can eat for little money, also groceries in general, everything you need, perfect nutrition and groceries , top bread, milk, salmon, meat and cheese everything we are used to in Germany Eüoperern, if it rains you don't necessarily need to go out, everything is very well maintained, quickly on the beach and not directly opposite a bazaar where you can buy cheap clothes and holiday souvenirs shops, and most important, Soi Buakhao is lovely for the bachelors

I was in VievTalay6 in 2020 and can report both positive and negative things.
In the VT6 there are very nice, new rooms and rooms that take you back in time because it feels like they haven't been renovated for 20 years. Old and worn but not dirty.
It is also crucial for me on which side of the VT6 you have your condo. As we all know, the VT6 is right next to the Hilton and the Central Festival shopping mall.
If you have a condo with a view towards the Central Festival, you have zero view on the lower floors because you are looking at the multi-storey car park and there is of course a lot going on in this multi-storey car park, so there is a lot of traffic, so it can get loud. You can hear the volume when you stand on the balcony of the second apartment. The noise does not necessarily invite to sit there longer than for a cigarette break.
From my point of view, this condo is not worth 4.5 million baht BUT you don't pay for the condo but for the location and from my point of view it's pretty much one of the best in all of pattaya if you like to party. The Base and The Edge also fall into the same category but The Edge is very new, have some very small rooms and high monthly rents but the rooftop is awesome.
In the Central Festival you will find everything you need. If not, you can take the bahtbus via 2nd Road to Terminal 21, where you change bahtbus to Naklua. Or you go out at the bottom of the Beachroad and there you can get on the bahtbus that takes you to Walkingstreet or with a change down to Jomtien.
You can walk through Soi Diana (next to the Edge) and reach Soi Buakhao in 5 minutes. There you can board a baht bus route again.
For me, the location is really extremely appealing.
For 4.5 million baht you build a whole house a little bit away from Pattaya knowing full well that you are not allowed to own land as a foreigner. Not directly, but at least for life.
If you ever get the chance, but most of the time they are rented out, visit one of the corner apartments in VT6. They're huge. 150 square meters and the balcony goes around the corner, i.e. 90 degree angle.
What Nana says is also true, a condo with a view towards Walking Street gets incredibly warm during the day.

Good location for Digital Nomad. Central Festival mall next door. Two Starbucks nearby. Nice pool for lap swimming. Beach road access via a private path. Walking Street 15 min walk. Baht bus available on Beach Road or 2nd Road main entrance. Soi Buakhao 20 min walk. 1st floor has a good massage, laundry service, taxi, and coffee shop. Plenty of others food and shops on 2nd road with great prices.

As some ppl have commented already here you can get far better value at other VT2 n VT5 condos ( same facilities) in Jomtien if don’t mind short trips on bahtbus or mbikes. The prices are high at VT6 as it’s purely location for those that like to be in central Pattaya.

a bit pricey but not horribly so given the current USD Baht exchange rate. One can certainly stay in cheaper priced hotels if one wants. hard to find one with comfy furniture and chairs and a kitchen though. As I recall there were a lot of complaints initially due to the noise from the massive air conditioning units for the mall that is right next door. So make sure you check out what room you get before you move in.

Booked a one bed condo in Jomtien August for £275 a month . So this seems rather expensive especially compared to some of your recent videos ie The Corner rooms, not exactly near a beach but ideal on a budget and my backup if things go wrong.

Condo one: good place but fairly pricey for one month. Condo two: don't like the way it's been split into two rooms.
I particularly enjoy your house/condo/hotel videos, Daz.

@@CheekyMonkey007 I know VT6 is City Center as I've stayed there for 2-3 nights a few times (Check out DanceWatchers or Honey +VT6) but you replied to @J East who was asking about Laguna Maldives which is at least 1KM up from Jomtien 2nd Road along a sketchy unlit road with lots of Soi dogs hanging around.
The original blurb for the Laguna Beach Resort 3 (Maldives) Condo mentions daily buses to/from Tesco South Pattaya & Jomtien Night Market but I saw no sign of these when I stayed there in June 2021, could have been cutbacks due to Covid so best to check if you might be relying on these - We just used Bolt Taxis.
