The recommendation you gave to calibrate the gimbal with the lens' intermediate focal distance is an excellent tip that helps me a lot to solve that doubt I had for a long time. Thnak you so much
I think what people mostly have problems with is mounting the camera it's a very tight slot this took me a day to figure out why my camera wasn't mounting from the front.
No matter what I do. I can never get my Nikon Z30 to stay still in any position which (from many tutorials) is telling me that my balance is off. It always tilts back. Every time I do a balance test as well, it tells me I need to do it again. I bought this last week and I haven't managed to get a perfect balance yet. I feel hopeless at this point. It shouldn't be this difficult.
I'm having a lot of trouble as well. I'm using a Canon R5 with a transmitter on top and a 20-70mm lens - comfortably under the 4.4 lb max. thinking of returning this, but will try a few more times.
Hello. I bought the Zhiyun Weebill 3 s gimbal. I couldn't get perfect balance with the Sony a7r3a camera and Samyang 24-70 mm F 2.8 Lens I have. The lens is heavy and it doesn't balance horizontally or vertically. Although it doesn't exceed the weights specified by the gimbal. I returned it. If possible, it would be better to try it before buying and make sure.
Do you have any tips on how to balance your gimble when you're out on location or outdoors where there may not be an even surface to setup and balance the gimble on?
see I'm using Sony alpha 7R V but most of the time face issue with L-plate. once i set it on vertical mode and make it balanced after calibrating it goes down all the time. i have only L-plate tell me how to manage this issue..
I use this gimbal. I can balance it in my dreams. I just started working on some reels and I can’t balance it vertically. It looks balance, it feels balanced but when I run the balance test on the app it says balance is required in my tilt axis. Anybody else has this problem?
Yes I keep getting this same problem it balances all my lenses fine in horizontal but it feels and looks balanced when I redo for vertical then the balance test app says everything needs re doing, at this point I’m debating sending it back as I need vertical shooting more than horizontal
This product is BULLSHIT! I’ve tried repeatedly getting my Canon R6 50mm RF lens to balance and nothing zilch not a gawddamn thing I’m returning this crap immediately

Helo did it worked for you? Check your mounting plate maybe it's not attached right
whaaaaaaaat I never knew you guys had a TH-cam channel...love it!
I greatly appreciate this video!
A lot of people online are saying you’re supposed to angle your camera lens up at the air
Wish I'd watched your video first when I bought this (from you). Lesson learned. This would have saved me a lot of grief.
Great demo! Thanks for posting this!
Thanks! This helped me out a ton.

What positions must the metal locks and the switch locks be in when running the balance test?
Can i use the same trick to balance the standard rs3 version vertically?
I can NOT balance my lens properly no matter what I do. Very Frustrating
