After the instrumental attempt on the first EP "The Grimoire Chronicles" to portray the Lovecraftian types of horror landscapes, it was time to raise the bar. Inspired by the bands such as Fleshgod Apocalypse, Aeternam, Behemoth, Vital Remains and many others, Omramoryth decided that this time, the instrumental arrangements just weren't cutting it anymore, we needed to vocalize the horrific landscapes and scenarios that will be portrayed by the lyrics.
Bruno Longfield came to the rescue and delievered tremendously. Perfect blend of guttural heavines and the screeching, almost banshee high screams, filled the void that was missing.
Amongst other improvements, it was righfully decided that the production value should be raised as well. None other than Simone from Divergent Studios, brought to life the upgraded compositional style, which moved pass the instrumental and symphonic black metal approach established on the first EP, and leaned more towards a modernized death metal sound.
I can not look pass the extraordinary lead guitar work which was done by Karlo Rajn and Marko Ruža. Like an icing on the cake. Perfectly executed, fits like a glove.
To complement the two brutal tracks, to bring at least some contrast to the speed and viciousness, I've composed a soothing outro - a bit more electronic oriented - and a haunting intro to ease the listener into the madness that awaits.
To date, this is my most complex record. I've truthfully enjoyed composing it and moving my limits of my playing and contextualizing more complex sonical ideas that I've had in my head for quite some time.
Last but not least, I'd like to thank to anyone involved into making this record for what it is and bringing it to life. Also a huge thanks to all the people whom I have tortured with demos. Your opinion and feedback was greatly appreciated.
I shall march onward into new sonical adventures and I hope to see you there.

I'm hyper-picky about growling/screaming vocals, and the way they're executed can make or break a band for me. This nails that sweet spot. Coupled with these banger instrumentals, I'm sold. Your high tier work has more than earned my sub. 🤘

The vocalist is one of my dear friends, Bruno Longfield. He's also a singer in a band called Arises and has a solo project called Sikasa. If you like his performance here, you may also love his performance in those bands 🙂
