Hi, Paul! Let me be honest and say that at the beginning of this video, when you asked if we were ready for a boot camp workout, I answered out loud, "No Paul I'm sorry I am not." Well, your positive energy and the intermittent breaks kept me going. Halfway through the workout, I wanted to stop, but then I thought, no, I should keep going and push through. And so I did, with gratitude. Thanks to you, I worked out more intensely just now than I have for over 2 years. It felt good to break a little sweat, and know that toxins were being cleansed out of my body as I was becoming stronger. God bless you, my man! And I am going to look into that cruise you mentioned, because that sounds phenomenal. It would be a pleasure simply to meet you in person. Peace to you! --Brandon
