I have must have gone dozen plus doctors and spent thousands of rupees and suffered for more than 5 years with spondilitis and finally got my solution here. After 3 months of regular practise I am free of spondilitis now. Thanks would be too tiny if I were use. But great solution.

@@pragyagoswami1411 there are warm up excercise and therapeutic excercise in it. Ignore neck exercises in the warm and continue for few days you should see a difference. Even I felt pain first few days. Just in case if it increases stop for some time and continue or visit a physiotherapist

babaji hdch ke lie,naak bnd ho jata hai aur danto me bhi pain hota hai and dont feel energetic ..... n smtms hdch is for 2,3 , days ...no vomiting n all that ,,,jst hdch n after that for nxt two days feel like lost....n since 5,6 yrs dr says mixed infcn since then wheneve i sfr from hdch i take acilofenac....but now thats also not effective,,, n i daily do yoga n that has helped me a lot in other prbms ...but this one still incurable by yoga pls sugst smthng...thanku n we indians are grateful to u
Neerja, please do kapalbhati daily. First week 10 minute per day and second week 20 minute per day and rest week 30 minute per day, your all problem will be solved within a month.
