मै सुगरका दबा करिव ८ साल से सेवन कर रहा हु । करिवन १ साल से आफ ने बताए मुताबिक योग कर रहा हु । मुझे फिलाहल अच्छा महशुस हो रहा है । I am from Nepal
मण्डूकासन(दो अभ्यास), शशकासन, वक्रासन, गोमुखासन(दोनों साइड से), भुजंगासन(दो प्रकार), शलभासन(विभिन्न प्रकार), धनुरासन, मर्कटासन(दोनों साइड से एवम विभिन्न प्रकार से), पवनमुक्तासन(एक पैर और दोनों पैर से)
मंडूकासन के दौरान दर्द होता है क्या पेट मे

Such a beautiful sight Hindu and Muslims both doing yoga together ,🙏👍 if we bound together like this no politician will be able to take advantage of any of us.
And I salute babaji because he has done a job nobody else has done ever, he has spread pranayam to everybody and everywhere and that too for no fees. I have learnt pranayam from the teachers trained by babaji for free and in the vicinity of my home.
Also, he does not talk about God God God but only about yoga yoga and yoga. And I really appreciate the way our Muslim brothers and sisters are participating with an open mind.
YOGA IS FOR ALL OF MANKIND AND NOT RELATED TO ANY RELIGION.
