I have lost 10 kg by doing these exercises nd eating healthy food and now my relatives and neighbors are thinking that my weight has lost due to stress of studies nd now they r advising me to eat healthy food....this is crazy😂😂😂😂
Edit : I have lost 10 kg more now my weight is 42 kg ,my height is 5 feet so 42 kg weight is suitable for me. I m so happy today 😊😊😊

@@samriddhishree8546 it took me 3 months yrr because I didn't do all the exercises just picked out 2 -3 and jumped rope everyday nd avoided eating rice, fast food nd still I jump rope everyday that's all.

I will admit, growing up in the States and seeing Ramdev Baba on TV I've always been a little skeptical of him. BUT I will say that I've been doing these twelve exercises (50 for each, 5 days a week) for three weeks...and my body is so sculpted now! I have lost fat from my waist, thigh, and hips, and I hope to lose even more weight going forward! It is also great for keeping my mood and energy up when we are stuck at home because of the pandemic. Highly, highly recommend this!

if you are a beginning please do each exercises slowly, i got carried away and did these exercises intensely and my body was paining a lot the next day. So gradually increase your speed. These asanas are great if you stick to it.
And take care of your back... People with back pain avoid forward bending intensively

I have started doing it, since 3 days. Beleive me this has started showing the magic. I'm eating Daliya with all types of legumes, salad and chhaach. I'll post the changes of 2 week, to let you know how it's going.
Edit-, I couldn't continue due to fever and 12 days ago I started it again from the beginning, as of now 4 kg lost and I feel little lighter and can feel strength building up. I am going to continue it until I reach the Idea weight.

I started with 25 reps now I increased it to 30 and i sweat like hell during yoga
I'm drinking warm lime water in empty stomach and start excercise before breakfast
And i drink enough water whenever I'm hungry
In lunch I eat normal rice thali in enough quantity
In dinner from last 3 days I'm eating jowar roti with any sambar or curry and 1
cucumber
I didn't cutoff any nonveg things like fish chicken I'm not suppressing my cravings but I can still feel the change
I think my overall weight is reducing because till now I didn't see any significant change particular part like belly thighs

I lost 2kg in 1 month. I do yoga every morning (20 times -each asan )also I control my eating habits. I eat home made food+deep fried pakora etc... I eat in small portions on a small plate throughout the day. 😇

I started this on 4th Feb and today on 10th I have lost 1.6 kgs, I am only doing once, may be next week on wards I will try to do more rounds. Along with this I am doing pranayama and concentrating on my diet too.I hope to continue loosing weight like this.
