माँ के हाथ से बना पारम्परिक अहुना मटन जो की बिहार की एक प्रचलित डिश है चम्पारण इलाके में पुराने समय में इसी तरह इ हांड़ी या तसली में मटन को बनाया जाता रहा है आप ज्ररूर इस रेसिपी को बनाए और खाए
INGREDIENTS LIST -
१/२ किलो मटन
२५० ग्राम प्याज़
२ चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
१ चम्मच तीखी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
१ चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
१/२ चम्मच हल्दी पाउडर
१/२ चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर
एक चम्मच कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च
एक चम्मच मीट मसाला
आधा चम्मच कसोरि मेथी
एक चम्मच खड़े गरम मसले ( आल मिक्स ) कुटे हुए
एक गाँठ लहसुन एक इंच अदरक और ३ ह्री मिर्च कुटी हुई
आधा चम्मच गरम मसाला
सरसो तेल १०० मल
बघार का सामान
५-७ काली लहुसन
एक चम्मच जीरा
एक तेज़पत्ता
खड़े मसले जीरा काली किरच लॉन्ग इलाइची जावित्री दलचीनीन

INGREDIENT IN ENGLISH -
1/2 kg mutton
250 grams onions
2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp hot red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili
1 teaspoon meat masala
tsp Kasuri methi
1 teaspoon standing hot mashed (all-mix) crushed
1-knot garlic 1-inch ginger and 3 green chilies crushed
tsp garam masala
Mustard oil 100 ml
wares
5-7 black garlic
a spoonful of cumin
a bay leaf
