That's cause it IS. This season culminated everything that the whole series built upto and delivered in massive fashion. Hey guys, guys... imagine if Eren said something all the way back in the early manga, and then a hundred chapters later. He fucking went insane. *Foreshadowing = Character Development*
Honestly I think that it's kinda true. Isayama writes whatever comes into his mind and then fills in the voids. If you read the manga carefully, you can find mistakes and contradictions.
@霊幻Arataka -Ymir's pure titan and Jaw titan looks identically same. Pure titans resemble the human's physical appearance and surely look different than 9 Titans. This shows that Isayama didn't have the concept of 9 Titans when he first created the idea of titan users. A similar mistake goes for Frieda Reiss' titan which basically looks identical to female titan. -During the battle of Trost, Colossal Titan vanishes within a second. This cannot happen as the body of a titan will remain for a short time even after the user leaves the titan. Also when Eren becomes a titan for the first time his titan doesn't regenerate its body. -As Eren is not of royal blood, he needs to touch someone with royal blood to use his Progenitor powers. When he used it for the second time, he ordered all titans to attack Reiner without touching someone with royal blood (unless Mikasa is of royality). I've found a few mistakes more when I first read the manga but honestly I can't remember them, sorry.
I remember refusing to watch this show because of how simple it was and looked but as the final season started airing I gave it a watch and I binged the whole series. Literally became my favorite show in the span of 3 days.

Honestly, what a fcking show - Solid 10/10 from me.
Too bad the ending will be shit. Now go watch better anime. Maybe start will berserk 1997 or legend of the galactic heroes. 2 way superior series to AoT.
Considering its subject matter, the manga itself may save the world or start a rumbling. Considering how 2020 started... we're in for a ride. We need Jesus. No joke.
Mesut Gürdal well keep in mind that Eren does see the future thanks to the attack titans powers, but one way or another Eren might accomplish something, but why else would Eren carry out His plans if he already knows he’s not gonna succeed?
I am an anime only, and I haven't read the final chapter and I plan to wait for the anime until 2022. But I have heard a lot about how isayama ended it on an unsatisfactory note and how it was not good and all. But isn't it always has been the case that a lot of elements in the story are too conveniently placed there (and I accept that that convenience factor has always paid off well at the end) to raise some eyebrows. For example: Eren was not eaten in the beginning of the anime with just his limbs cut off, mikasa was saved by eren when she was out of gas losing hope in her and suddenly at a convenient timing..eren showed up, when beast Titan began throwing rocks at the scouts.. Levi was standing at the top of a house.. but didn't get hit (conveniently). Don't get me wrong, I love this saga.. and I know some things are essential to happen for the story to move forward. But at the end..my point is.. *Isn't reality filled with a lot of uncertainty to which a lot of our expectations falls victim to? Isn't it the case that disappointment and despair is what gives us the motivation to keep moving forward to find a better way of life?* The only thing I am getting at is that reality is filled with disappointments and aot has always taught us more than enough to come to terms with those feelings. (Sorry for this essay.. )
I am glad if u think like that, my point was only the uncertainty aspect of everything. I am infact in no position to nitpick the genius of isayama's craft.. every story has its flaws and opinions differ. So I am happy to see ur perspective.
@@chewypossum2547 Isayama did not just bring conveniences into the story , Isayama moved out of his league . He tried to go beyond his lane and his his story suffered. I would be very amazed if he could pull it off. It was not only the final chapter , it was the last arc as a whole , all the events were culminating to the finale we got.
Honestly the ending is significantly better if you weren’t keeping up with the manga fandom and their shipping wars and theorizing for the last few years. Some people will still dislike it but I guarantee the anime only fans will enjoy it more generally speaking. Many of the manga readers didn’t like one specific aspect of the ending and because of that they act like everything about the ending is shit when that is just blatantly untrue. Since it didn’t end in the way they wanted, they decided everything about it is bad. It’s honestly really petty and pretty damn obnoxious.

0:54 The realization one has when we realize AOT is now officially a much superior than GOT. Where it's ending was so great it caused a resurgence of fans and interest that might captivate people for years where GOT got the opposite response
It may have stumbled at the literal last second, but the finish was solid. A climactic battle, character defining choices, enemies and allies joining together to face off against a fellow enemy, amazing artwork, stakes, payoff, sacrifice, callbacks, emotional reunions, and every character getting the spotlight for at least a moment. Maybe Erin's story was not perfect... nor was his resolve. But no matter how he felt on the matter he followed through with all his decisions. Sometimes I think people like to focus on the bad a little too much, so they ignore what made the story great. Bad criticism is fun to read and think about, but you should still give a product praise when it deserves it. And AOT definitely deserves some serious praise.
@@ChasehaWing Solid? 💀💀 I am starting to think AoT's fans are just a bunch of kids thinking they are intelligent. Got fandom were adults, they realised immediately that their ending sucked and they accepted it. Just like you do when you are an adult instead of lying to yourself and try to convince people "Oh the ending is really good" and they give no single objective reason on why it is. Aot fans are trying to do mental gymnastics over a bird's symbolism trying to justify a low quality plot making decision. The moment when the "godness of the titans" did what she did because of a Stockholm's syndrome bad introduced with no good basis in the manga and no further development at all just shows you they will eat anything, even if its shit and they will say "masterpiece". Right?I started it a month ago and was honestly a bit shocked at how smaller than i expected the current fandom is...it deserves more attention i swear
It's kind of like what happened with Pokemon Go. In the beginning, there was a lot of hype, and a lot of people got into it (including first timers for that genre/medium). After people viewed all there was to view and were dissatisfied, as well as waiting long periods of time for updates, a large number left the hype train and abandoned the show/game. Now, when there are much lower numbers of people involved, AoT has not only hit it's stride, but exceeded it, and Pokemon Go is... still shit.
But it’s overrated in 2013 because it didn’t have all the story you have in 2019 :3 And now it’s fleshed out people think its underrated, not that hard to understand?

He has no idea what he’s doing
Laughs in it was the wine all along

Especially after you learn that Eren is the one who convinced Grisha to steal the Founder’s power
(Sorry for this essay.. )
None of the things you said could qualify as convenience .

Floch lmaooo
Actually, to me, Floche is a very interesting character, and a new Jean. Remember, Jean was exactly like Floche was before.
I cannot wait to see that m****fucker die in a horrible way, it's like the one thing that keeps me coming back for every chapter xD
Think about it the more screen time he has the more satisfactory will be his dead
it always fascinates me to see people still rooting for the deaths of chars (Gabi, Floch) when Isayama wrote that speech from Gross about the inherently sick nature of people who gain satisfaction from seeing people die.
@@wordsoflove8787 It's fiction and the way to not see him again at least in this manga is killing him. My problem with him is he did nothing to be where is and has that god complex where he can humiliate and kill the volunteers and play with kiyomi, seriously he was in the entire manga useless and now is the previous boss before *eren* the ruler of the manga

no, it's not underrated
0:54 The realization one has when we realize AOT is now officially a much superior than GOT. Where it's ending was so great it caused a resurgence of fans and interest that might captivate people for years where GOT got the opposite response
Great you say.
The ending sucked though?
The ending while not explained the best (but not terribly) is really fuckin good, and left you pondering if you were the kind of person who wants that
@@ChasehaWing Solid? 💀💀
I am starting to think AoT's fans are just a bunch of kids thinking they are intelligent.
Aot was one of the best animes ever made and this video is true, but only for the 3 first seasons.
The 4th season in solid and good but the last arc is bad paced and the bomb that dethroned AoT and will make the show become the next GOT is the last chapter.
When you realise that this video was made *before* the release of chapter 121, it makes you think how even more incredible this show is, simply amazing.

When Attack on Titan is massively popular in 2013, people say it's overrated. When its popularity dies down, it becomes underrated... *Internally curses at the universe*
Right?I started it a month ago and was honestly a bit shocked at how smaller than i expected the current fandom is...it deserves more attention i swear
@@gumdrop_galaxy Dont take the comment seriously my guy... Just poking fun of the irony for Attack on Titan's situation
Now, when there are much lower numbers of people involved, AoT has not only hit it's stride, but exceeded it, and Pokemon Go is... still shit.
Wherever there is quantity there is shit. I'm glad that the series has a smaller fanbase now.
But it’s overrated in 2013 because it didn’t have all the story you have in 2019 :3
And now it’s fleshed out people think its underrated, not that hard to understand?
i love how in the new season they take a nuanced perspective on war and show how its not just good guys vs bad guys it gives a very 3 dimension feel to all the characters and shows that at the end of the day everyone is just a person and war is nothing but a gray hell
