Do you mean you're not able to connect to or write to them directly? If yes, there is an option. If you're part of one of the groups that your desired connection is already in, then you can write them a message in LinkedIn. This was possible in past, I have not recently tested. But you can try.
Hi, No. not that much. You need to spend visa processing roughly within 10k INR considering you are single, then flight tickets, initial accommodation until you get your first salary & few other purchases. In my opinion, you can make it with in 3-5 Lakhs if you are moving as a single person.
