    Coffee fixes everything. It wipes out bad smells in my room, gets rid of the roaches hiding behind my fridge, keeps me awake in the morning, helps me with company while at work...
    It has yet to fix my relationship, but it's getting there.

Many thanks for sharing and for giving us regular glimpses into your life - occasionally with outside footage of the city where I grew up :) The personal touches you put into your videos and guitar courses give me that extra motivation to continue practicing and to get better as I really feel that the only way to thank you for the time you're putting in all these great videos is by absorbing everything you're trying to teach us. Great tour and although it was a very small space you made it work and have become successful. I am looking forward to seeing your new studio when you get set up and have more space to work. In January of 2019 I did some renovations to my studio which included some expansion and it has made a world of difference in my workflow and productivity. I have my guitars, amps and pedal board set up and at the ready which is very convenient. There is literally no set up time as it is all there ready to go. Walking into the studio and seeing my guitars is very inspiring. Best of luck with your move and see you soon !

  • @SeemsLikeSomething
    @SeemsLikeSomething 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    Paul, you’ve got a great “little” setup there. Lots more gear than I have that’s for sure! I’ve got a small studio room also, which is bigger than that but definitely not a lot. It feels smaller because there’s a drum kit in one corner taking up a good chunk of space and a pull-out couch in the other, so it doubles as a crash room for friends. I don’t have much for gear other than my katana and an old bullet amp, e835 mic and stand, a crappy but working Casio keyboard (midi ftw!) and a small desk for my laptop, USB interface (duo capture ex) and super low end monitor speakers :) but ya know, it gets the job done! I love fiddling with recording as a creative tool, I use Logic Pro mostly, and sometimes I’ll be down there until the wee hours of the morning without noticing the time! Enjoy your new house and studio, looking forward to seeing it in upcoming videos 👍
