      You're welcome. It's a tasty treat that I like to make in case I get a cold. :)

    How do you store it once it’s fermented and will it keep indefinitely?

      It doesn't keep indefinitely. Different fermentations keep for different amounts of time. For lemon and ginger like this, once it's reached the fermentation you want (usually after a month) move it to a cool dark place (fridge works). This slows the fermentation process and allows you to use it slowly for up to 6 months after making it.

      @@JoshxIZ I have not tried salt fermentations yet. I have done vinegars and honey. I've also made tinctures... which isn't really a fermentations but more of an infusion with alcohol... Eventually I'd like to add a few more to my skill set.

      It doesn't look to have any issues with the audio when played on different devices... have you checked your sound settings by chance?

    How do you use these?

      @witchwaywitchery  ปีที่แล้ว

      Tablespoon in hot water. Mix it with your tea. Tablespoon of this with club soda. Or you can have a straight teaspoon of it... Although I don't recommend...
