@@paulmartin4971 it's not too bad I'm not going for immaculate like some of yours i want it to show its life. Its had 2 new redwall tyres and 2 new inner tubes genuine Raleigh. I've cleaned the surface rust off the chrome with a dremel. And replaced the. Missing rear rack so it can be fully functional bit of an oily rag resto . But when I'd fully rebult it I realised that both wheels had play in them so when I get the chance im going to see if the bearings cops can be tightened to take up the slack if not I will replace the bearings in both wheels then it should ride nice and tight.kepp up the good work and I'm looking forward to your vids in the future you are a genuine down to earth bloke not like some who preach to know it all and that's what I like. @paulmartin4971 I was adding up the rough value of my Vespa plus the bikes and it's surprising how much it all came to, about £4k. I didn't pay anywhere near that and if I die I hope my wife doesn't sell them for what I told her I payed for them. 😅
@paulmartin4971 Nice one. 👍 I keep seeing on Gumtree your ad for a mk3 Chopper rear wheel, my one is a bit buckled but I'm too tight to spend any more money on it. 😆 I paid £85 for the bike and have spent over £100 on bits like new brake & gear cables, new tyres, new pedals, new brake levers etc. I've spent more than it's worth. 😭
