Joseph, you are amazing, love you so much, I don’t know what I would have done without your amazing curse, that teaches everything flawlessly and in an interesting way.
    Thank you!!

I engage in MMA training on a regular basis weekly; and when I'm training, I always think about creating angles for my strikes.

Could you answer this: how do you get an opponent to shell up, if he has a considerable height/reach advantage?
I'm having to start way outside of my range. The only way in is straight, and I walk into punches before I have a chance to throw.

Which training style you should advice us for fighting strenght ? For example we have to do deadlift, squat, bench press, pull up etc. BUT they are slow strength exercisses we need expolisive strength such us crosfit stlye training. Can you give advice for us which training stytem we should do regulary? and Wr have videos for how to make durable our legs but ı want how to make our livers more durable to strikes. I did some search but i didnt find it. I am not talking about abs workout ı am talking about liver strength an lastly can you make video matters of core stablty and core strength for fighting. Most of trainers say you should pivot your hips for more power but they didnt talk about how cores acting important role for power, strength and etc. Sory for this long comment ı am realy realy sory Coach. ı didnt want to bother you. Could you make vido for matters of Core strength . IF you have time for all of this
