You've done it TLP, you've created a feeling of reality right in front of me. Your cinematics are beautiful, no way of describing it. I appreciate you all for inspiring the way I look at art, the earth, and architecture.
My mother would've loved the design of this house. She used to complain a lot about the kitchen during the summers, no matter how good a fan I installed or even the best chimneys, it used to get very hot. She would've also loved the insane view. She is no more now. And I want nothing more than to design a house that resembles this piece of art right here. I honestly want nothing more than to look at the ocean, with my brother and to think about the woman who made us who we are.
This house is gorgeous! The pristine landscaping surrounding the house and the strong stone base really adds to the character of the home. The view, along with the detailed design aspects make this home such a welcoming space! Well done to Harley Graham Architects on this sensational project! As always, thank you Local Project for another wonderful presentation!
This channel or the architectes here should open schools to share their skills, write books which should be tought in architectes universities because all the houses on this channel are perfect
Phenomenal! The local stonework is stunning and the landscaping seems beautifully incorporated with the building. Definitely seems like a tranquil sanctuary
Love it all especially lighthouse viewing peep hole but feel like it would be amazing if back retaining wall was dark concrete or the roof colour so dominating wall expanse disappeared into natural bush shadows, the terracotta render makes it a feature. The main bathroom so inspirational.
Very thoughtfully designed home. Ok the cutout is out of place BUT if it wasn't there you wouldn't see the lighthouse. Somebody thought about not missing the opportilunity to showchase the lighthouse. That's pretty cool and thoughtful in my opinion.
I always get excited when I see an Amazon find in one of these houses that I have in my own house lol. Those dining chairs are Christopher Knight for $120 for a pair :)
@@RAREFORMDESIGNS Ha, fair enough. I'm not pretending like I live in a three story house on the coast in Byron Bay. Confirmed I have fantastic design taste though, even if it is cheap shit.
Lots of ppl in the comments are upset or complaining about how he's describing the house because they have no joy of their own in their life and are used they don't have the brain power to come up with something so stunningly beautiful and creative, and can't articulate words with more than three syllables to describe anything lol
Opinions also exist bud. I like Harley Grahams Sponder House Studio narrative. The voice over just didn't fit the bill. It doesn't have to be about the peoples lives or living situations or "Brain power" -which is an entirely stupid comments- its just how people think of artistic display.

every house on this channel is 'deeply rooted in the landscape'!
😂
Don't forget the "seemless flow of indoor and outdoor spaces"
🤣🤣🤣
But is true. They always Incorporate landscape with the house. Both works well
Architect jargon!!!
The thing I’m always struck by is the build quality. Such skilled tradespeople/craftspeople! They’re almost the silent heroes.
For the according pay I believe

Thank you Thick Pugg, really appreciate that! 🙂
Agreed, so nicely filmed and atmospheric, they captured it perfectly
A vacation home with a stunning view! A perfect place for people who wants to reconnect with the world. Thanks Local Project 😎
The cat really is the star of the show here.

This home is everything!
Really cool home. And a beautiful location.
It showcases harmonious blend of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Such a beauty. 😍😍
Love the thought out details, like framing the view of the lighthouse from the kitchen. Lovely calm, relaxing spaces.
The cat approves and has dibbed the top bedroom too. 👌
I never fail to click a TLP video. I am continuously mesmerized.
🥰

I really love the design, and also I really love by how this house was filmed, it was very aesthetic and relaxing at the same time.
Glad you like it!
Es una casa con personalidad y acogedora, tiene algo divertido en las entradas de luz, es muy cálida y de una austeridad elegante.
it give manly calm and luxurious cave vibe , i like it
Australia is so beautiful and that house looks like perfection ♥️
Wategos beach is one of the most stunning places in Australia...
@@rudolfvalentine1755 I hope to visit Australia one day, I’m in Canada and it’s a long plane ride from here.
@@komegaj I understand... EVERYTHING is a long plane ride away from Australia.
Stunning with a Capital S

Amazing setting and bay view too 😍

It's not the same chair but it is a junkie knockoff of a Hans Wegner design, though not as cheaply made as the ones you're talking about.

Jajaja ver al iguano mover su cabeza jaja fue muy lindo y divertido,es muy cute jaja😊.
Obsessed
I believe Frank Lloyd Wright would be applauding this master piece Harley!
Finished watching 6:05
4:11 my god. 😍
🥰
A certain Pink Floyd song springs to mind...starts with the sound of a cash register...
I want to be the cat that lives there
I think that cat has a cushy life! I keep wondering if he realizes how beautiful his surroundings are.
Cat doesn't care. As long as his/her bowl is full and there are birds and mice around to be hunted, he/she could be living in the slums!
🥰🥰🥰
😍
could not stand listening to this guy talk, but the house is beautiful
Why they’re not giving any credit for engineer to make this dream comes to reality
Austrailian accents are OP
Overly Pedantic?
It must be the Australian jaw line. 🤣

Every video is word salad.
😅sadly this house is a shocker. The interior is quite nice but externally it looks like a cheap 1980s office block all tarted up
bro is just a house, relax with the artistic descriptions 🤣
a lot of art history and architecture majors here. so yeah....?
It's visually messy to me, all of those shapes and cutouts are not at all timeless like for instance a John Lautner house. I'm not a fan lol
Nope. Clumpy
This video and deserves a better name, not too good, but ok
