Brilliant architecture. Love the materials used. Classic house design. This is my type of home. If l come into money l will definitely have a place like this. Really impressive.😊
I love that retro, mid-century vibe of the house! the build-in sitting and the stone fireplace with that view is in incredible! Water views are generally incredible and so well framed. I found it a bit too much when they also added raw concrete to mid-century. It took away from the look, in my view. At least in some places where it was too busy, with flooring, stone fireplaces, and eclectic furniture, AND raw concrete. Sometimes those white walls are really needed to calm the senses a bit. But, overall, beautiful design!
3 things you need to get your fantastic house on a great architecture channel: 1. Get an an air-cooled 911 2. 3. 5 things that make a design connoisseur 1. Your Porsche should not have any spoilers :-) 2. 5. Best advice to all house owners of beach and river houses: Make sure, the Porsche is your daily driver. Hide all other cars. If you have a beautiful tiny house or an incredible apartment, replace the Porsche with a vintage Bicycle. I love old Porsches.
For some reason I always imagine a dystopian future with nature taking over these buildings. I think it's to do with the style of architecture on this channel.
This is a brilliant home but what about the car park or the garage? They are a part of most home owner's daily lives, and for some reason the architects don't seem to care about them.

Mid-century modernist architects really got it right and this house fits that ethos so well. Hard to tell this was built recently. Love it.
Beautiful home and courtyard.
Having a 911 is the new Barcelona chair. Seems like every house has one.
A very inspiring house with an incredible courtyard sounds and features is like a slice of paradise right at home.
I really adore the relaxing aussie way of living!
Love the use of the different cements. 💐💐💐

The aluminum fences are indeed shining details of the project.
Beautiful design, can see a little Neutra influence (Kaufmann House) in it. Spectacular

Does anyone have an ID on the white side table 0:22 , would be greatly appreciated.
It looks like a Tulip side table by Eero Saarinen (produced by Knoll).
