As a German and a big fan of blueprint this is exactly the kind of video I’ve been searching for and the supplement list is just gold thank you soo much
Thank you, Marius, for your thoughtful review! I’m Sil, the founder of OLV Limits, and I appreciate your feedback. We understand some of our customers find our olive oil expensive. We’re working on it! Our new product, Mellow Yellow, is priced at €28 per liter, offering great quality 373 (mg/kg polyphenols) at a lower price. Our Green Machine olive oil is pricier because it is an early harvest, where the olives are still green and not as juicy, yielding less oil (9 kilos of olives for 1 liter) compared to late harvest (5 kilos for 1 liter). This results in a really high amount of antioxidants, unlike the majority of olive oils, which are typically from late harvest. We’re also planning to offer larger tins in the future to reduce the price per liter, as much of the current cost comes from the bottling process. If your viewers have any questions or feedback, please feel free to reach out!
@@PuppiesAreNice. they literally mention the answer to this question in their post :) Green Machine is 900+ while their other product will be 380+ as it's late harvest. Hence, yes, it changes it a lot.
@@PuppiesAreNice. Yes, the timing of the harvest significantly affects the polyphenol count. There are many factors influencing polyphenol levels, including freshness, olive variety, amount of sun, and harvesting methods, but when the olives are harvested has a big impact on it. Most olive oil is harvested later in the year because consumers are more focused on price than quality and are often unaware that early harvest oils are higher in antioxidants. Early harvest olives are still green and not as juicy, yielding less oil (so more expensive) but packing more polyphenols. In contrast, late harvest olives yield more oil (so cheaper) but have lower antioxidant levels.
I actually have Blueprint myself. I bought it about two weeks ago. I don't treat Longevity Mix like Kool-Aid. It is something you put into your water bottle when you work out. There is a lot of good stuff in there and it replaces a lot of supplement pills you might otherwise take. It was a little disingenuous to put it in a glass with so little water and give it to a new person. On the other items like Olive Oil, I didn't buy it, since I think I can get natural Olive Oil on my own. Also, I make my own Nutty Pudding. I'm commenting to review the review and hope the channel owner keeps my comment.
Thank you for this really helpful review! Just a small correction if I may.... On Bryan Johnson's snake oil, it has a total phenol count of 908 if you look at the certificate on the website, additionally it states on the website that the snake oil is shipped separately to the stack i.e. it is shipped from location (Portugal etc.) so it does not need to fly around the world. Nonetheless, I agree, there are plenty of local alternatives available.
thank you for the review. i am watching YT's that show their substitutes for Blueprint. one positive thing about Bryan, is that he lists his protocol ingredients so that you can DIY. the Blueprint products were partly for himself (reduce the # of supplements) & others who want the convenience. i especially want to find a good olive oil, but just beginning my hunt in the US. i was hoping for a CA brand to reduce shipping. i live in MN.
Living in Europe this is the best video I've watched for healthy in Europe so far, thank you so much for all your research ou did on your notion link and youtube channel. You got a new subscriber
For people living in Italy or Greece it's easy to get high quality olive oil with relatively low price. Currently in Greece If you buy buld (more than 20lt) you can get about 3.5euro per liter. In comparison an US resident pays 15 usd to 35 usd for the same product. In general, European residents have access to high quality cheaper alternatives. Bryan Johson though does a very good job trying and speding real money to determine a protocol for human longevity.
Starkes video!!
I haven't tried the blueprint products, but I have come to the same conclusion as you have. The supplements are probably good value, especially if you consider the convenience of it. If you ever tried to take 30+ supplements per day, you will know that it is a huge pain to prepare them each week and to keep track of restocking / reordering. But for the foods (olive oil, cocoa, nutty pudding) you are better off getting your own. I have been eating a nutty-pudding inspired breakfast for years and it is cheaper and I can customize it to my needs and liking.
As an American this is a horrible review. Not because it’s bad but because it’s being ranked incorrectly and missing context in almost all categories. Green giant that you showed that you’re an affiliate for is only half as potent as a true green giant, the drink you prepared didn’t use enough water and was more of a shot which could make the flavor to strong, and the olive oil was super base level review. For start Bryan doesn’t care much about the taste he cares about longevity, his oil is 5 layers deep for it to be considered, polyphenol count is only the first layer, there are olive oils that are awarded from Italy that go up into the 1200 band but that’s not all the context. I could go on but this just seemed slightly disingenuous
Fanboys in the house. Cellular aging takes place despite whatever healthy lifestyle is followed no matter how rigorous. Brian is selling you a dream. Literally " selling "
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts here! Let me say upfront: I am a big Bryan fanboy. Thats why I got his 430€ full stack in the first place. Does not mean I agree with everything he does, says or sells. While I provide a critical review of BP products, I do IMHO give a fair rating and gave my best to be honest in my review & share my research and data. Just to go into one of your points: the 5 layer deep & missing context. Yes, thats what Bryan says & while I believe him, I could not find a single lab certificate or research paper that support his claims to is rigorous lab tests and clinically relevant doses. I hope he changes this in the future (or if you know better then pls enlighten me!). Contrary, I tried my best to put together a list of EU supplement products that do provide lab certificates for their products (not all have them, but then I tried to educate myself of the supplier as to whether they are reputable). That said, lets look at the EVOO I recommend: OlvLimits (and yes I get commissions if you buy through me, so please do ;D) on his website you can find statements AND the lab certificates of his recent batch to back up those statements. IMHO this is at least 1 layer deeper than Bryan in establishing trust ;) but I'll ask Sil, the expert & founder to answer this. Hope that clarifies a few of my thoughts and provides more transparency.
To be honest, Italians and Greeks, who actually make like quality EVOO, can easily tell from taste which evoo is better and higher quality. So yes, taste is definetely a valid argument when comparing evoo. While I am a HUGE fan of Bryan, I buy my imported italian evoo locally in Hungary. The EU has higher regulatory standards than USA when it comes to food and drugs anyways, so some of the concerns Bryan has about evoo aren't even legal here.
man I love you, I am so glad I've found your channel Im 20 and I want to live to 120 but I don't have enought time to research this stuff because I work and study I wish you best luck and hope your channel grows
Servus ! Danke Dir genau das hab ich gesucht. Stelle mir gerade einen eigenen Stack zusammen. Großartiges Video - vielen Dank Marius ! &geich mal abonniert
I think the enticing factor for Bryan's Nutty Pudding is that it packs over 400mg of cocoa flavanols per serving, which you cannot get with your raw cacao suggestions. I think this is worth pointing out, I have been trying long and hard to find a comparable alternative and have not yet found one unless I use ludicrous amounts of cocoa which makes the dish not enjoyable.
You need ceremonial grade cacao, like Full Power Cacao. Raw cacao powder is not actually the same thing. Ceremonial grade is much higher in fats but about 100mg flavs per 10g
@@tf4242 it doesnt specify the amounts as they dont test it. but after doing a ton of research into it, ive established that Venezuela cacao (which is what they sell) is the highest quality, and after trying it (mixed with hot water), there is no question that its super pure. im not trying to sell it I just thought id point that out, I suggest buying from some of the highest quality suppliers you can find and then deciding for yourself. If you read up on the history of cacao and how it was used medicinally that helps to give it some context to what youre looking for.
@@Proxy_James thank you, I appreciate the information. It's a shame they haven't tested it, as a lot of companies do and the highest one I found with certificate was 100mg flavanols per 10g Cacao (which is Aduna), but that is sourced in Ghana.
Appreciate the honest review brother! Great channel too! As far as the oil goes, I am Croatian (currently living in the US), and considering Croatia has some of the highest quality olive oils in the world that's all I am using. Other products of his are great in my opinion, but I found they work a lot better now and don't cause me any side effects once I have adjusted my diet, sleep, exercise, and everything else. They might be a bit pricey, however it's a lot cheaper long term than dealing with health issues, meds, and therapies down the road lol. In other words: choose your expensive. Either the expensive prevention or expensive recovery afterward. Keep up the great work!
Thanks brother for comment & love. I am 100% on your side! Great to hear you adjusted to the side effects & if you have the spare change the BP stack & food is definitely not a bad choice! (just with flying Snake oil around the world unnecessarily I have my problems with, but seems you are settled on that front too in Croatia ;)
Hallo zusammen. Hat jemand eine Kakaoquelle mit regelmäßigen Schwermetallunteruchungen. Also Zertifikate die auch tatsächlich Microgramm Verunreinigungen angeben?
Just to start with, you can water down the pink drink as you like to make it palatable, but it's all vitamins, not a fruit cocktail. He also mentions you can add fruit juice.
Fantastic video! Imho, I think that the supplements are definitely worth it. The nutty pudding I made before I tried the packaged product was wayyyyyy better. As you stated, it does just taste like a gluggy protein powder, where as homemade, the berries are fresh and tastes a lot different. If you can source your own high level olive oil that’s great too. I think for my next purchase I will only buy the supplements and then follow the diet online, preparing my own meals.
Good review. In terms of virgin olive 🫒 oil i use a Greek one with higher polyphenols levels than Bryan one plus its third party tested too. Nutty pudding you are better off making it yourself and its cheaper. Supplements you can get it cheaper apart of the longevity mix Powder which is excellent 👍🏻 Same conclusion i had here too
Hi Marius, I had to admit that I’ve enjoyed watching your video. Blindfolding your partner reminded me of the movie “9 1/2 Weeks” and Kim Basinger. Nice touch ;) However, as European living in North America I was expecting a bit more of an effort you’ve put into this review. Like … is there anything else to rely on than that taste buds? Kind of: beauty is in the eye of beholder … and trust me 😂 Hope that one day you’ll be able to publish some serious review. Anyways, thank you for the good entertainment 😊
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it. My goal for the video was to entertain. while providing my & my partners honest feedback. The guide I put together was aimed to be the more "serious" data based counterpart. Have you checked that out?
I like the supplements from the stack a lot, but also all the other things are really good quality. And I really like the Longevity Mix taste because it is more original compared to other electrolyte drinks that I’ve had, the blood orange flavor. Everything tastes like it would be sweet but it’s not, doesn’t create big insuline spikes. I am really liking the stack, and I agree with the oil we have many sources in Europe that are good Greece, Sicily, but for the US, it’s amazing quality! ❤
By the way, you've got a new subscriber here, and looking forward to sharing this journey with you, Marius! I'm 27 and from Canada. I hope you keep making videos, I can see you getting big on here!
Just checked out your blueprint page. Super excited to see what you're doing there! As a woman I'm wondering how we can adapt such blueprint to fit our own rhythms. Also I'm curious how you did the tests to adapt the supplements diets to your own body. Plus, looking forward to updates about your long term goals once your 10 000$ is finished, I saw the end date is approaching. Finally, how can one just starting on this path begin ? If you could make a walk through guide for us just starting, I think such video would be a hit! Blessings!
Thanks for the feedback, suggestions & love :) I have been trying to convince my fiancee to join & if I become successful at that you'll see more female based content ;)
thanks for making this video! I've been following Bryan for a while now and I'm trying to adapt to his protocol. As a fellow European I wasn't sure if it's worth buying his BP Stack. This really helped!
What a lovely couple! Thanks for sharing this video, it was interesting. Nutty pudding without nuts...ok that is WHAT I CALL SNAKE OIL...AND JUST NUTS...HAHA
hi there, can you get the green zero + the blueprint stack or you do too much stuff. I'll have a look at your guide too, I'm in italy and I produce evo oil so for that one I'm covered :D
Thank you for the video Marius. I was wondering. You say the price of the supplements is way too high, and you made a comparison table with alternative products. When I check the table I see that Bryan's dosage prices are lower than your per day alternative prices. So Bryan's supplements are actually cheaper or am I not reading the table correctly?
Is there a possibility of sharing your EU supplier for EVOO for private purchase? Been buying 5L cans from spain, but they don't test for polyphenol count.
Unfortunately the supplier is limited in its supply and at capacity with current demand, so no sorry I wont share that. However, with a bit of research there are plenty of farms in Italy (south esp.) that have great EVOO. All the best!
Thank you! I am still looking myself. At the moment I buy the organic raw cocoa from Wohltuer.de, but am still waiting on a response from their support as to whether they lab test.
Hi Jacob, its directly linked at the top of the guide in the line: "Want to go straight to the supplement sheet that provides EU Alternatives? Click here."
You guys missed the entire intent of the Blue Print diet. It's not about taste. It's about the nutritional value of longevity and healthy aging. Also, it does t seem as if you prepared the drink properly. To me, this does not qualify as a proper critique of blueprint. It has to be examined from a scientific perspective
Hello, I'd like to share my thoughts. I just saw you on TH-cam for the first time. To be honest, I was a bit shocked about the comparison between the different oils. Especially the one source you don't want to share. Personal, maybe okay. But I mean you share something for an audience which is keen to live their best life. In my opinion either tell the source or don't bring it up in a video at all. A sentence "There are brands in Europe which can provide the specifics of BJ oil" would have been also possible and wouldn't leave the audience behind. For younger people like me still studying or doing a training a cheaper oil would be really helpful. I wish you well!
Marius - wow, first time here, this channel is awesome! I was wondering how you went about monetizing your channel - like are there any youtubers you watch to help learn channel monetization? Like what is the significance of getting people to your mailing list, or to the links in your description? I've seen so many youtubers do this. Do you do outreach for affiliate links or something too?
Thank you! I am still figuring this part out, haha. As of now I am all about getting some traction although this video A) was the first one that got some significant traction & B) earned me some money through affilate links. I am considering to offer 1-1 coaching soon. What do you think about that?
@@Fountain-of-Youth I feel like you should put a $5 paywall or something like that behind your Custom Longevity Blueprint page or your EU Excel guide. Make one of them free though so there's still incentive for people to sign up to your mailing list. In terms of 1 on 1 coaching, it can't hurt. If you launch it and your time gets consumed, then just raise the price. I am no expert at this though! It is a confusing space and I'm trying to figure it out.
Yes, its a small organic farm in Sicily. Thats all I'll say ;) Should you ever visit the south of italy, you'll be able to find plenty of farms with great EVOO for good prices.
@@Fountain-of-Youth That will be a really long trip, since I live in Denmark. I got a really good EVOO with high polyphenols from Spain online for only 12€ for a 1L bottle. But they are out and won't have them in stock until October/November 😥 I haven't been able to find any other EVOO with high polyphenols for a reasonable price😢
@@1337ghomri I feel you. Been in the same situation before. Thats why when olive harvest starts end of summer / autumn I stock up on a yearly supply of EVOO!
How did you decide from you need vs don't need in Blueprint's supplement stack to make your own stack? I see around only half of the BP's supplements in your stack
Based on my data (blood, fitness, genetic, etc.), treatments I am trying, scientifically proven stuff, my gender & age needs - everything that has only limited evidence I keep out of the stack unless there is a specific reason to take it (e.g. my genetically elevated Lpa )
@@Fountain-of-Youth Thanks! Did you share somewhere how you measured that data? would be great to understand your approach so we can replicate it and make our own stack. When you say "everything that has only limited evidence" => does it mean you challenge evidence on some BP's supplements? as it's supposedly strongly evidence-based.
@@thechillisme No I have not shared it, but great idea. Thank you, added to the list for future content. As per limited evidence from Blueprint Products. So while Bryan does not specifically share what his bar / evidence threshold is in studies his team looks at, it seems to me that "first good indications combinded with little to no risks" makes the cut for inclusion. I have a different approach, and rather than taking a lot of supplements just because they could do sth. good, I try to take the stuff thats really been proven to actually have a positive effect (i.e. Magnesium, creatine, etc.) and only try experimental stuff for areas where I have a concrete need (i.e. high Lp(a) ) . Doesnt mean BJ's approach is worse or better, mine is just different to his based on my preferences.
Great review, but tbh you are more expensive with the sunday natural stack than the blueprint stack. The supplements seem to come down to €12(!) a day! That ends up to be almost a €150 more than the blueprint stack. There are ways to get it cheaper, but this doesn't seem to be it tbh. The green giant can easily be mixed together yourself and you can get more nutrients in, too. I personally have been looking up as many powdered form alternatives as i could. A lot can be gotten that way, even organic, and you can save gigantic amounts of money. I have optimized my stack to reduce the entire cost to about €170 a month, and i am still looking for ways to get it down more. This includes creating a green giant. You can also cut costs on nutty pudding if you buy everything in large quantities and freeze it in. And i live in germany, just like you.
Thank you for this comment & the love :) I am 100% on your side. If you want to get everything thats inside the BP Supplements, they seem to be a great deal! Purpose behind the spreadsheet with EU Alternatives, was to give people an easy to access resource where they can pick together an individual stack oriented alongside whats in Bryans. Tbh it didn't surprise me that listing individual supplements as alternatives to the mixed supps from Bryan would come out more expensive, since all need to be bottled, shipped, ect. seperatly. I guess you save a lot by just putting everything in a couple pills. Still, doing this research manually was a good exercise to get a feeling for A) whats in the BP stack & B) what comparable market prices are & C) if I actually need it at the moment. My conclusion is: at my age I run cheaper & better getting fewer supplements and putting together my own stack.
@@Fountain-of-Youth thanks for your reaction! I do really appreciate it! Yes, its also more expensive if most you get is pills from extremely reputable companies like Sunday naturals. They are generally expensive, but we know they are produced well and safe. We could pay twice as little for certain other brands, but it's the question if they are any good. The only alternative that beats all options is finding ways to get an organic version of the powdered form, and supplements where you have to. Keeping in mind the expiration date, you can buy all that in bulk (some I bought up -to a year's supply ahead as it was so much cheaper). Same with nuts and berries. and I am just freezing them in. If you do this we'll, you can do this safely for up-to a year. I write dates on everything. Having that said, you are likely a bit younger than I am. I am 43 and decided that my lifestyle wasn't good for me any longer. I also don't want to be quite as extreme as Brian, and am also looking at guys like Pascoe and also looking at ways to eat and live for optimal performance. As the blueprint alone makes me miserable. And I don't believe one will live longer if one feels miserable, so there needs to be a balance. :) Thanks a bunch for the great content you put out there, but also getting into this discussion with me. I appreciate it. And it says a lot about how much you care! :)
My grandparents lived all over 90 years of age and didn t took no supplements.. just live in the country side for all their life.. nowadays people take all kind of stuff and think they ll live 100+ years.. i think it s not the case and in my unexperienced opinion that guy Bryan looks old for the age he says he has and i m not sure that his diet is good for the brain.. who will live another 30-40 years if he still be living then will see how he does then.. until now he hasn t convinced me
Correlation does not equal causation. If I drank Diet Coke everyday and lived to 100 I could say that Diet Coke is the reason I lived so long, doesnt mean that thats the case (e.g. Theresa Rowley) it could all be genetics at the end, but it’s better to err on the side of caution. People really judge the book by it’s cover when it comes to Bryan Johnson, but does not do a modicum of research. His biomarkers are incredible for his age. Please give him a more honest review we would all do better not assuming malice so quickly. All his data is for free which is amazing because most will not do that.
I've been a fan of Bryan's for months and after much consideration, ordered the Nutty Pudding. I just received (and tried) it. After following the instructions and adding fresh blueberries and walnuts... my initial response is... WOW, THAT'S NASTY. It honestly tastes like unflavored, gritty protein powder with the tiniest hint of bitter cocoa. I was expecting the allulose to sweeten it up a bit but it falls really, really, really short. Not sure why the reviews on the site say otherwise? Should I have mixed in maple syrup or done something differently? I want it to taste as good as Bryan makes it look! Please let me know how to improve it :)
If you don’t measure than you don’t know if you improved something. In this case improved your blood results. I have used a good amount of time, money and trial and error on my supplements to find the optimal ones for me. I am aware that the longevity supplements can only be “proven” down the years of life but for the most important ones it is important to measure it on your own body and not what some self proclaimed health influencer is reviewing/stating. I have had to fail on a few Vitamin D products even though they got good reviews and were from a reputable company, it was just not being absorbed by my body. Like in engineering, in health the same applies from the good old quote “If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it”. So measure your minerals, homocysteine levels, vitamins, omega 3/6/7/9 and lots of other stuff and stop watching self proclaimed health TH-camrs.
Europe ships leftover olive oil to U.S. and is generally tasteless or rancid. Bryan’s is a good deal compared to equivalent good quality California olive oil. Do a lab test to see which cocoa has the least heavy metals.

Glad you enjoyed it! I am also very happy about Viktoria's debut :D she'll be happy to read your comment. Thank you!
Thanks for the comment & glad we are on the same page.
Would be valuable to get a reply.
Fanboys in the house. Cellular aging takes place despite whatever healthy lifestyle is followed no matter how rigorous. Brian is selling you a dream. Literally " selling "
I haven't seen a green giant sold by Bryan Johnson! I haven't seen that in ages ..he doesn't use it anymore I think
Great content! Thanks for the guide, super helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Thanks. I am from Poland. You completly answered my quastion about of Bryan stack.
man I love you, I am so glad I've found your channel
Im 20 and I want to live to 120 but I don't have enought time to research this stuff because I work and study

Welcome aboard & thanks for the love! To 120 and beyond!
Servus ! Danke Dir genau das hab ich gesucht. Stelle mir gerade einen eigenen Stack zusammen. Großartiges Video - vielen Dank Marius ! &geich mal abonniert
Thank you for this honest review
Thank you for the love!
@@Proxy_James feel free to suggest a company that does and has the amount of flavanols specified to that amount. Thank you
@@Proxy_James I don't see any flavanols specified on Full Power Cacao
Dein Video ist Gold wert. Vor allem deine Liste. Danke!
Damn, such a high quality video, so lucky I ran into this channel. Cheers from Berlin
First video of yours I've seen, great job, I've subbed to your newsletter as I'm from the UK and am interested in closer, cheaper alternatives.
Thank you & welcome aboard!
Just finished the BP5000 self study and I can basically confirm what you said.
Thank you Markus!
What is that?
@@nikola_korneta Blueprint (BP) BP5000 is a self study where you test the stack for three months with measurements before and afterwards.
What is the farm you order from? Is it something that can be ordered from the uk?
THANK YOU! I've been looking for this❤
You're welcome!

Thanks for the love ❤️ I am glad you liked it
if you would just take the longgevety mix without the other pills would you miss a lot or not?
great video! we need more of these to give more perspective on blueprint.
Thank you Lukas!
Totally agree!
Good review. In terms of virgin olive 🫒 oil i use a Greek one with higher polyphenols levels than Bryan one plus its third party tested too. Nutty pudding you are better off making it yourself and its cheaper. Supplements you can get it cheaper apart of the longevity mix Powder which is excellent 👍🏻 Same conclusion i had here too
Where can i buy that olive oil??
You should find a good local supplier of olive oil and brand your own.. :) talking from an entrepreneur mindset here haha
Have you checked that out?
i agree with lustgarten when he says chugging EVOO makes little sense compared to eating olives
Looks like the drinks need more dilution? Thanks for doing this.
By the way, you've got a new subscriber here, and looking forward to sharing this journey with you, Marius! I'm 27 and from Canada. I hope you keep making videos, I can see you getting big on here!
Thank you, this is very kind! I am doing my best to keep posting & sharing my journey!
Great content, thanks for the review. Btw what did you put in the home made pudding?
Thank you! It was just the ingredients exactly as lined out by Bryan on his Blueprint website (apart from Macadamia Milk - there I used almond milk).
Thanks a lot🙏🏼🙏🏼
Enjoyed this video :-) I'm so jealous of EU olive oils, but here in the U.S the blueprint oil blows other American olive oils out of the water.
No shipping to norway for your oil :(
very cool, subbed, your guide is exactly what i need
echt coole sache ✌️
Thank you, comments like yours lighten my heart!
What a lovely couple! Thanks for sharing this video, it was interesting. Nutty pudding without nuts...ok that is WHAT I CALL SNAKE OIL...AND JUST NUTS...HAHA
Is this better than the 2025 Acura MDX Type S?
hi there, can you get the green zero + the blueprint stack or you do too much stuff.
So Bryan's supplements are actually cheaper or am I not reading the table correctly?
well said himself you can make your own or buy mine if you desire
What does your nutty pudding contain? i can't get everything from that image. I also can't subscribe to your guide :)
I have my complete kit of blueprint. Starting tomorrow
Personal question as a diabetic type 1 myself: do you feel any differences?
Just earned a new sub my friend. ☺ Keep up the great work !
Great to have you on board! Thanks a lot!
Thank you very much! I am still looking for a chocolate powder that meets the Blueprint requirements (in Germany). Any suggestions?
Thank you! I am still looking myself. At the moment I buy the organic raw cocoa from Wohltuer.de, but am still waiting on a response from their support as to whether they lab test.
@@Fountain-of-Youth Thanks for the info! This was one of the items I'm thinking about ordering from the Blueprint Store 🖖
You need at least 3x more water for the longevity mix 😂
You got WAY too little water with the powders! :O
not available in norway
Amazing! I really like the flavor and formula of green zero.
Its not about taste. Its about longevity and health.
The nutty pudding mix tastes a lot better than my own made pudding.
Such a great video thank you 🙏🏻
seems the hair one didn't work yet
Are you in Germany? Did you have to buy after taxes when receiving the products from the US?
I can't find the table overview with European alternatives for the supplement. Could you link it directly, Marius? 🙏
Hi Jacob, its directly linked at the top of the guide in the line: "Want to go straight to the supplement sheet that provides EU Alternatives? Click here."
what a fucken champ. Thank you for the guide.
Will Bryan’s pink replace Athletic Greens?
It just might & I'd be happy if it did!
the essential capsules are illegal in EU, they have lithium
It’s kind of pointless if we don’t measure the rate of aging. we’d also need to make sure that those biomarkers are reliable
New sub from - Portugal, the birth country of Bryan's snake oil. Lol, to think that I was actually tempted to order it from the US - now, I won't.
Nah I thought it was cool and mysterious that he didn't list his supplier actually
Wow!
Educational for all❤
Thank you!
Buy olive oil from Croatia. They have a better harvest than Sicily and the taste is much more flavoured and you could drink it like juice.
Where do you buy the unbranded olive oil?
Oh okay you mentioned they are limited in olive oil
How can I order club zero in Canada?!
Spitzen Video Marius
@@Fountain-of-Youth thanks a lot!
Thanks a bunch for the great content you put out there, but also getting into this discussion with me.
Jusf found your channel. Keep up the good work.
I think US food and supplement quality is different to EU so nice to see your videos and ideas.

The Snake Oil is phenomonal.

It is indeed :D
The fact that he named it Snake Oil and people still buy it is so funny.
Europe ships leftover olive oil to U.S. and is generally tasteless or rancid. Bryan’s is a good deal compared to equivalent good quality California olive oil. Do a lab test to see which cocoa has the least heavy metals.
Thanks!!!
What has being european got to do with the review?
it’s mainly because of the evoo, fairly easy to get good quality here
