Just got done comparing the labels between AG1 and the various Blueprint stacks. If we're going only by vitamin and mineral content, using AG1 as the bar to beat, AG1 generally seems to have better vitamin numbers while Blueprint has notably better mineral content, sometimes as much as 5x. That said, the Blueprint stack you would need to achieve a similar vitamin/mineral profile would be their Nutty Pudding, Longevity Mix, and Essential Caps at a minimum. The total cost of this 30-day stack purchased individually is $202 ($94 for Nutty, $49 for Longevity, $59 for Essential Caps), at a grand total of $6.73 per combined serving. They do have package deals but none that have all three products together that I could identify. Compare this with AG1 at $99 for a 30-day stack and $3.30 per serving. This is ONLY a comparison of vitamin/mineral content, and doesn't take into account any of the proprietary blends AG1 uses, which may or may not actually have the effects they claim, such as superfood antioxidant benefits, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. I've never used any of these products, as I personally can't justify the price of any of them and am in relatively good health, but I have a penchant for spreadsheets and critical evaluation of the content I engage with, and suspected this information might be useful to some. That said, I am not a data scientist and threw this analysis together rather quickly, so please take what I've said with a grain of salt, and feel free to offer up further insights.

AG1 wasn't proven to be a scam. The price of a product doesn't reflect upon its nutritional value. The best product in the world that stops aging could be sold for a million times the cost of the ingredients and it would still be the best. Also, the dosage of the proprietary ingredients isn't mentioned on the AG1 label so it cannot be said that they are negligible. They might be but the speaker doesn't know one way or the other. There are holes in the logic afoot. I'm not in favour of either product in question here. Just looking for logic.

Man I've been in the supplement game for a long time. Sourcing absolutely matters, what is on the label does not matter at all. The concentrations of active ingredient in each herb or vegetable or whatever is always something different. The active ingredients degrade at different rates. Even chemically synthesized supplements have variations in the batches.
It's 100% sourcing matters. And that is expensive, because trust nothing unless you test it. And the cheapest way to test it is to take it, and by then it's too late you've already spent your money.
