This is the best description of any problem that can go wrong with a razor E 100 or E175. Outstanding

Great video, dad. Good on you teaching your kids the trade.

I had the same problem and upon looking on the internet I found out that you have to give the scooter a push to start the motor. It is a safety feature so the motor does not burn out from the initial start. Great video though. The kids did a great job as well.

was it the same scooter brand? i was thinking about that too, and even we did try that after we installed the new batteries in the other scooter, i dont see how the motor in this model will send a signal to the board if there is just 2 wires in the motor!

It's a kick start motor. It doesn't operate standing still. You gotta get the scooter moving first before the motor will engage

After putting the jumper on, the wheels did turn. But when I actually put it on the ground, it was like there was a clutch and would not allow the wheels to turn but instead the gears disengaged. Did you have that problem as well?

It's great you are teaching your kids this. Also, did you somehow bypass the kickstart by what you did? We have an E175 and it's kickstart is annoying.

You're still the man! Very very seldom am I not able to figure out what's wrong with the TV and get it fixed.. but I'm still struggling with the two I have onn and element.. exact same TVs on the inside except for the main board.. they use the same exact power supply board same exact back lights..
I had both of them dropped off within 3 days of each other! You did a video on the element..
E4sw7019rku... Which I've replaced the back lights in those 100 times, but this one was on the same exact thing as the one in your video it was stuck the onn was the back lights.. so just to try to get the element in and out of there, I took the good power supply board from the onn and put it in the element.. the back lights flashed on for like a half a second and then the back lights blew out and then it got stuck back in standby.. so I replaced the back lights on the element and I've tried three new power supply boards.. again this is the same one that you did the video on that was stuck in standby.. but brand new back lights and I've tried a total of four new power boards, two brand new power boards and two in good working condition.. but I still can't get the TV to come on it still keeps getting stuck in standby.. so on that one I'm thinking maybe there's something in the main board as well and it's just staying stuck in standby as a safety defense like you know some of the TVs won't come on at all or they try to come on in the standby light just flashes a few times.. so that one is a mystery and I need some suggestions.. now again the onn is the same 70 in TV uses the same power supply board and the same back lights.. and again until I try to use its original power supply on the element since the element was just stuck in standby when I first got it.. I went ahead and replaced the power supply and the original problem which was the back lights.. so now on the onn, same thing brand new back lights now and I've tried four new power supply boards but that one I can't even get the standby light to come on all the sudden! And that's the one that was coming on and you could still see the image because just the back lights were out.. I've even tried putting a different standby light.. I mean the only thing I could think of is they both need new main boards as well.. but also I don't know if you ever took one apart and seen the back lights on these things.. but instead of a wire harness going from the back lights to the power supply/led.. they all connect to what looks like another LED backlight strip but it's made of a thin it looks like a thinner ribbon cable material.. it's literally just a thin little plastic very very thin almost just a film piece of plastic that looks like an LED strip and every one of the back lights lineup vertical and they plug into a plug that's attached every 4 in on this little flimsy plastic strip.. and the fusion and the white cover that you take off the white cover with all the holes that covers up the back lights.. on these models they're glued down so bad that you cannot get it off without ripping it up.. it doesn't look like I damaged that little thin strip of plastic that connects all the LED lights but it's so thin I'm thinking maybe I damaged those taking the white cover out.. any thoughts? Again you're the man I appreciate everything you do! I just have my third TH-cam channel reach between 60 and 100,000 subscribers but TH-cam keeps terminating my channels cuz they don't want me showing people how to get free content on their streaming devices lol! But this is my fourth channel I'm trying to get started but only posted one video so far just been too busy... Anyway, I really want to get at least one of these fixed because it's not a regular customer it's a dear friend of the family who really can't afford to get another TV

Oh yeah and just to let you know even though I let you know it's the same exact TV just different main boards but the p button board, the Wi-Fi module, the IR sensor everything else is exactly the same as the element you did the video on but the model number for the other one onn 100012588 and again that's the one that was coming on and you could see the picture but just the back lights were out and it's also one that I've replaced back lights in a number of times.. but now that one isn't just getting stuck in standby like the other one that one I'm not even getting a standby light to light up

@@sirfiretvbully9030 i had like those issue with different tvs that short in the backlight burned the power board so i replaced the backlight the bad power board burned the backlight so i replaced the power board the backlight burned it and i stuck in this loop it end up one backlight wire was touching the ground, so check your backlight with backlight tester from the connector that connecting the the power board, to be sure all the wires and connectors are good.
no standby is the problem between powerboard and main. first be sure main power board and backlight are all good without the screen

@@SOSfixElectronics That's what I figured... But you know how it is like if you forget to connect something or you rush putting a TV back together after doing a back light replacement... You just don't want to admit to yourself that you got to take the thing all the way back apart. Lol!

Thank you so much... Funny story, while I was sending you that first comment, I got a call from a customer dropping off a Samsung plasma and that same exact 70in onn with no backlights tomorrow lol
