I live in the US but I set the language on my Waze (navigation app) in my car to Italian. This helps me learn specific words and phrases very quickly and thoroughly. It speaks to me in the formal style; "Guida con prudenza", "Svolta a destra". Very polite.
Really helpful again. For interest ( not a criticism) , in uk we do not say crosswalk but we do say pedestrian crossing or indeed zebra crossing.. We also say signpost. Important for us to learn correct terms in italian which you have clearly done- thankyou.
This is an Italian lesson but for non English people , in England strice pedonali is called a ‘ zebra crossing ‘ because of the zebra stripes in the road !
How would Italians say rendezvous? Americans often use the French rendezvous to "meet at the statue in tht square" Let's rendezvous at the statue in tht square. How would Italians typically say that? Thanks 😊
Ciao Valentina, mi piace bene questa lezione e tutte le parole. Sono un po' confusa sui verbi!. Tu dici "Prenda la prima strada" ma "Prendi la seconda uscita". Il primo è formale e il secondo è informale, vero??

I'm on my way to my work on the bus, and I'm watching your great lesson. 🎉
Perfetto! ❤👌
I especially like to challenge myself to translate the examples before you complete them in italian. Great lesson.
That's one of my main reasons for this format! 😉
Grazie mille Valentina per questa lezione, dovrebbe essere molto utile. Guiseppe

We say "appuntamento", which works for any tipe of date (romantic or not).
Ben fatto come sempre, pero mi sento se fossi bloccato alla rotonda con il mio italiano:)
Oh no, Richard, non dev'essere piacevole. Ma non mollare!

Esatto, Nora! Cerco di mostrarvi i diversi formati ogni volta che è possibile. 😉
Strisce pedonali - it was easy, I was expecting a German style single word consisting of 30 letters and 3 roots combined 🤣🤣
What are you talking about? Ich liebe Tedesco.
Soooo true, right? Looooonnngggg words. 😄😄😄😄
😂😂
