If your going to nose in make sure that come morning you will be able to back up. As someone who hauls refeers I will nose in so long as my backup won’t be blocked.
Exactly point right there driver! I do remember seeing some refeers nose in at the truck stop when I was OTR. Those drivers didn’t want to disturb other drivers next to them.
I mostly go to rest areas and other stuff a lot quieter for me I go to truck stops to but not as much. I have multiple places on my gps along my route and drive thru and choose that way.
If I could go back in time I would tell myself to avoid spending the night at truckstop at all cost … go take a shower during the day while you fuel. Truckstop is are nothing but problem
Pulling into a spot may also make it harder for other drivers to leave. If you back all the way to the curb and slide tandems forward for the night, you are up to NINE FEET deeper into the spot.

I HATE when you fill up and go inside the truck stop and eat dinner or take a shower!! OTR for life! 😳
