Its a tier list... Thats it, its my opinion and it is just me blabbering about how I think the meta will shape up some. I think we will have a pretty odd meta, it will be defined by two decks but flooded with tons of options and play styles.

I main Foxy in my local area and it quickly becomes a deck people want to beat. Its really funny to play
Just small addition.. 10c Blackbeard does not give the "This Leader cannot attack." Leaders the ability to attack.. unless you can attack in the opponents turn :'D

@@the_lord_nick Yeah the leader negate is pretty much just good against enel, bonney, shanks (a little bit), nami, etc.

I used to have one, haven't had this bad of a cough in years. Going to a doctor after I move in a few weeks, but it is starting to get a bit better.
here in the Northern Cali meta we have alot of players who use black. and lots of green and blue. I feel we will have alot of BB and shanks players as the focus shifts from doffy.
I think my meta is going to be infested with Buggys... Lot of Buggy simps in Austin, but once that settles down it will be a ton of Blackbeard for a bit and probably still a lot of Sanjis, idk lots of aggro players here so could be some decent amount of Robins and Shanks here as well.

Lucci in rogue is such an incredibly bad take when Lucci won a championship against both Doffy and BB. Lucci is good into Blue Doffy and uses 4x 9c Kaido for Teach.
In the context of the video, he could easily be put into A tier, but I placed him there because I believe there will be enough blackbeards in the format specifically to snipe him, having 4 top end one time use cards does not give you an auto win into blackboard. That is an unfavorable matchup for lucci no matter what way you look at it. He has been able to beat doffy but just as often losses to him, he generally loses out to by Luffy with few occasions going in his favor. If the meta does not shift to everyone jumping ship for Blackbeard, then yes Lucci will be higher in the rankings, but based on how tired everyone seems to be with Lucci and the fact that Blackbeard is more solved than he was for most of the Eastern OP09, I highly suspect that we will see Lucci fall down to at least A tier if not to the Rogue(tier 3) just due to an expected high presence of an unfavorable matchup.
@the_lord_nick Lucci doesn't get hard sniped by BB. That is the bad take. Lucci can still win against BB it just comes down to skill because you can deal with BB due to 9c Kaido and your events and Jack is still really solid in K.Oing everything besides Burgess but that's why you have nightmare Luffy. Lucci is on the same tier as Shanks, saying Lucci is rogue is just silly because he has the one of the highest win rates throughout OP09 landing him in the top 5 decks of the format and has a championship win over both Doffy and Burgess and there won't be a lot of BB players because BB is an extremely hard deck to pilot which is why you don't see a lot of BB players in top cut besides the really good ones even though BB is definitely top 2 decks in the game.

I don't have a lot of free time to be able to edit, plus I am not very good at editing to begin with. The cough will pass hopefully next week it will be better. However, the video later this week will also include the cough.

But thanks for the comments appreciate having folks let me know what they would like to see, even if its just not having me cough at them lol

The upgrades for the deck and its ability to keep placing relatively well throughout the 09 meta makes me believe it has a real chance to continue competing
I agree with this. Gum Gum Giant is a monstrous counter card. Luffytaro is insane too. It does have a lot of on plays so BB matchup isn't amazing, but other wise it's solid.
People are overhyping blackbeard. Deck gonna get blasted in the west just like it's currently getting blasted in the east.

Gecko is better then all the deck you mentioned in rogue and starting to cock. There is no point of me saying its good I can back this up with a match. Do you do money match? Im Pretty sure I can beat your best deck with gecko without even playing the 8 cost gecko moria. So Ill give you an amazing handicap with that Play whatever deck you want :D
